Excellent customer service. Very traditional British food and sweets you can't find anywhere else. Happened to meet the owner, nice to see an authentic British store run by a British family. Will definitely come back for their home made meat pies.

Friendly staff and great prices! Was able to find everything I wanted and then some! The pies are great I had a steak and onion pie which was great. They also have a loyalty program which I joined. Every dollar spent gets you 1% back!

New (to us) British Shop! Great selection of goodies including from M&S, lots of varieties of tea and fresh and frozen pies! There is a location in downtown Oakville on Lakeshore but drove here for easier parking.NOTE - There is no accessible parking, ramp or accessible door so if with someone with a walker they need to be able to do a curb and the door opens in only making it difficult to hold the door.

I love this store. Sean and his staff are always super friendly and accommodating. The food they make is amazing—pastries, and butcher items. I brought home sausages and pies, and my partner said they were the best he's ever had!

We come here for a lot of the British goods, and mostly for the pies and the sausages/bangers. Their bangers are amazing and the the beef pies are also excellent. Chicken pies could use a bit of improvement.
