I wish I read the reviews before going there. They misdiagnosed the issue on my car and charged me for misdiagnosis. I was not happy also with their markup on the parts, they really gauge too much. Won’t be going there again.

The WORST auto shop experience and customer service I have had in my entire life so far!! (Please read the other reviews I am not the only one)I have been to the shop few times for out-of-province inspection and they wanted me to leave the car for few days (I am living in Okotoks) so it took me few weeks to find another car and leave mine there (I wanted to be loyal, and went back). Anyhow, I left the vehicle on Sunday evening so they can start working on it Monday morning, been told I will get it back Wednesday end of the day. I called on Wed and they said they are still waiting the parts. And again been told it will be done Thursday, called on again Friday. And they came up with an excuse that their compressor got broke... (Such a joke!)So literally they had my car for the entire freaking week and not even touched it!!! At this point I had to pay extra for rental car, and beg my friends to borrow their wife's vehicles for few days and it was the long weekend I had plans..The initial quote was $1350, and they gave me final bill for $2000, and the reason was because they had struggle to removing the wheel bolts. They increased the price without getting my consent. Not acceptable, very selfish!! They charged me for 10h labor and they probably worked on this less than that.Have you ever thought about the struggles I had been through because you had my car for the 10 days!! Extra rental car fees I have paid! On top of that I have over charged.I am expecting a compensation from this shop! For my lost of 10 days and challenges without a vehicle.

Worst Mechanics Ever!Don't even think of calling these guys.Total Frauds! They will go over the estimate they gave you and leave you without a car for weeks!

Good people. Trusted, hard working, and looking out for your best interest. Both my new Jeep and my 1970's classic car have had extensive service work done here, and I have zero complaints. Professional, courteous and working for their customers. Highly recommended

Dave not only got my car into the shop on short notice but he and the friendly staff there got the work I needed done finished fast, correctly and at a fraction of what I was quoted at two shops in the city.Well worth the drive from Calgary.

Very poor quality of work, had to take my car to the Dealer for engine light on, they charged me $300+ to clean mass air sensor. They asked where I had the air filter replaced for the air filter was trimmed to fit and crumbs of air filter coated the sensor. It was a little over 2 months prior I had Ryanco do oil change and both filters replaced, I believe the mechanic (Asian gent) there may have been a junior or beginner. Any way their poor workmanship ended up costing me a whole lot more. I left a message for Manager, Chemus, I thought I’d give a 30 day window opportunity for him to call before doing a review. No call yet…

Great service, great people, great prices. In the 6 years I've been gone to ryanco, I can always trust them give their honest opinion and the best way to move forward. They have fantastic prices for inspections - I have yet to find anybody who does them cheaper. I have used them for everything related to my personal and work vehicles. I've thrown curve balls at them with skid steers, quads and genies and they always deliver. The owner Seamus has been a mechanic for over 45 years and his crew is friendly and knowledgeable as well.Highly recommend

They charged us three hours for a job that even I could have done in less than one. Was really shady on the part price, was super DISRESPECTFUL, they forgot two minor things like our bike rack and to put some gas and one major thing that coulda probably blow up our engine if we would have kept going. The upside is they forgot one of their tools in my hood. Free tool I guess... Do not recommend at all let them go bankrupt, they are a danger to you all.

I have total confidence in this garage.This garage is authorized from NAPA.I always ask or bring my car to here for any trouble.I heard that owner has 45years experience as mechanic and he was teaching maintenance at school as well.They are selling nice cars as good price too.

Took my jeep TJ in for an OOP, tells me that the seatbelt doesn't function properly, it does. He was quoted 1100 dollars for a new seatbelt for my jeep and then tried to sell me a seatbelt out of his pile of junk YJ that was sitting in the back for half the price of a new one. Wouldn't recommend taking your vehicle here as they will only try take advantage of you.
