Sunglass Hut

The sales attendant working 10/16/21 was really friendly and helpful. I appreciated that - considering a trip to any Mall is not on my list of favourite things. Thank you for your great service

My Sunglass lens popped out while I was at work today (9/11/2022). I called the Bramalea City Centre location (where I purchased them) and was told that any Sunglass Hut location will gladly take a look to fix the sunglasses. I came here and my shades were promptly taken care of. This is definitely a good spot for customer service. The fact that they are willing to service their glasses makes me feel comfortable to return and make more purchases with Sunglass Hut.

Take business elsewhere for this service. Attention manager spent over $600 to order in sunglasses. When picked up at store they were dusty and finger prints on them. I asked the young guy working can you clean them please and he said we had to clean them at home.

Awful experience. Arrogant staff, too busy to chat to each other. Super loud annoying music.

The sales associate was very helpful and thoughtful and took the time to explain different product and models. Gave good recommendation also made sure that the product was damaged free and was thorough before giving us the pair of sunglasses. I will go back to the store again

I was in the sunglass hut at Sherway today and was extremely satisfied with the excellent service.I bought a pair of Burberry returning a defective Ray Ban. No problem whatsoever. Adriana was the epitome of professionalism : friendly, cooperative, patient and helpful. Her associate Porshe was also very accommodating. This store gives you no hassles with returns or hassles. And the demeanor of Adriana is especially conducive to a return visit. Worst experience dealing with this company. I order a pair of Ray Bans sunglasses to the store. I was notified they arrived by email, but it took me a few weeks to get to the store to pick them up. I then decide, 2 weeks later I don’t think it’s a good fit, so I decide to return the sunglasses. The store salesperson says I’m outside the 30 day return window and says I’m not entitled to a full refund. I explain I only picked up the glasses 2 weeks ago - to which she replied that the 30 day window is from the day the glasses arrived in store! Buyer beware! This store offers horrible customer service and now I’m stuck with a gift card!

Bought a pair of Ray Bans from sunglasses hut, left lens turned out to be defective. Came back to exchange the pair a week after purchase and was given a new pair" (see pictures). The condition of the second pair was so terribly worn out that I had to go back and ask for a new pair. They promised me to order a brand new

Excellent customer service and great experience. Picked up the Ray Ban Wayfarers (modern version) and love them. I'm definitely coming back to this Sherway Gardens location down the road.

Unbelievably bad service. Hopefully this store is not owned by an individual because the 3 sales people there yesterday at 4:30 has no interest in selling us sunglasses. The female and the male stood around talking to each other and on their phones, when I asked the female to suggest some frames, she said “it’s whatever he likes” (my son) I said “we were hoping you would have suggestions for his face”.“Everything will work, you just have to pick the colour lens” was her reply.She didn’t pull us one single pair of glasses, we must have pulled about 40 ourselves. We had to interrupt her and the male talking when we had narrowed it down to 6 pairs in order to get their opinions. This is a perfect example of why sales people need to be on Commission, they had ZERO desire to ensure we walked out of there with a pair of sunglasses.Awful, awful service.I don’t blame the young girl behind the. Ash because it was clear her job was junior, but the male and female ‘sales’ people need some customer service and sales lessons.
