Wilsons Heating (Moncton Propane Services)

Worst drivers totally nonsense. Don’t know how to follow rules and regulations at some place. If you have designated places to use go their. Don’t bug all the restaurant which don’t allow you to use their washroom

On February 25, 2014, I terminated propane services from Moncton Propane Service Inc. The same day, Moncton Propane removed the propane tank and took mechanical part (regulator) that did not belong to them. After talking to the owner, he refused to returned the part in retaliation for discontinuing their services. Their secretary confirmed over the phone that the part (regulator) belong to the property. Moncton Propane Service Inc. only had the right to take the tank for which the tank was a yearly rental. Everything from the tank on was previously installed by another company. By taking the regulator, he left us without being able to connect another tank to provide hot water and heat for the house. That left us without hot water and heat for 36 hours. Unprofessional company! Beware!

Great people to deal with.We needed propane asap and they delivered the tanks and vented the new boiler in less than a week. The salesman was very accommodating and reliable.Very happy here.

Grandparents called to get the furnace looked at like 4 days ago called like Monday cuz it broke haven't seen them since and storm coming to nb on Jan 4 2018 says like 35-45cms of snow. To keep this house warm 1 1/2 story house we have 2 heaters small heaters we pay our bill and do the up keep THEY ASK FOR and we do but when we need them to DO THEIR JOB they tell you what's wrong and that's it other than that good company but for the service and repair sounds like a pick n chose game to me hope they fix that in the service n repair side

Poor service, they try to force you to become a customer before they will look at something as easy as a BBQ quick connect.

We are looking to replace our oil furnace with a gas furnace so your sale person was here he told me the two other quotes we have are no good we will need more than doubble the BTU the other heating componies were at the same btu.The sales person told me the reason is because we have a gas fire place living room and a wall unit in the kitchen . This is why the other quotes are less BTU .Wilsons has to make sure you furnaces will heat the house with out the fireplace and wall unitHE said you might sell the home and the new owners don,t want them or are afrad of gas .The other heating componies spend time sizing up windows and rooms and duct work Wilsons sales person did not do any of that , all he did was tryed to sell us a gas contrac when i told him I trusted the other compomies over Wilsons .I did have to ask him to leave that I heard enoughtThank YouTerry Emery
