The crew that came to open my Mother’s pool were fantastic. They were very conscientious and respectful. They cleaned up after everything, answered all of her questions and gave her useful guidance and advice. She was so appreciative of their service and helpfulness.

Jeff D is one of the nicest men I know. He is professional, knowledgeable, quick and conscientious. He is also very personable. His staff are friendly and capable. I will always use Jeff and his staff for any pool or hot tub needs I have.

Blue Water Pool Service was very prompt in scheduling and performing my pool opening this season. A few days later, they returned and installed a new Hayward Pool heater. Upon completing that installation, the technician decided to come back and install a check value to prevent chlorinated water from flowing backward into the heater when it is turned off. I appreciate the proactive actions taken to extend the life of my new heater. All employees that have ever arrived at my house are always very polite, conscientious about their work and very helpful in explaining what they are doing. I would recommend Blue Water Pool Service to anyone looking for a reliable and reputable pool company.

I'm happily updating my review, I got a response and it was very gracious and professional. I also got the quote I needed and I optimistically look forward to the service in a couple weeks!OriginalJust not open and honest... It took forever to get an appt just to look at the pool. The 2 guys that came were actually great! Very nice, took notes and pictures said their boss Jeff would get me a qoute later that day (thursday) or friday. I heard absolutely nothing, so I called Monday and the gal on the phone really didn't have any answers, she keopt saying, hold on, I'll ask... then it was basically, well he's just really busy. Ok, i get that, so i ask, when i can expect the quote? She had to ask.... she said in a day or two... It's now Saturday and I've received nothing... not even a call to say they were sorry, but they're busier than they expected... something, just something. I also asked her if there was someone else they could refer me to so I could see if that person had more time. They gave me a name and number but i said since i didnt know this other guys schedule, I still at this time wanted a quote from them, and to schedule the service to help things move along. I wasn't able to do that because they dont have things scheduled out very well, I even said just a ballpark, and she said July. Ok, so I ask, will someone call me to give a date more narrowed down than just July? She said yes by the end of the week. Again, It's now Saturday and.... nothing

Jeff and the crew are great to work with. They service my pool every other week during the summer, and I don't even have to be home. They do a great job at keeping the pool clean and healthy. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a pool or just need service on an existing pool.
