I am not surprised to see the numerous favourable reviews listing Cody at Tiger Towing. We called him (through BCAA) to help my mother-in-law, who had a flat tire and required a particular tool to access it. Longer story than is needed here, but her vehicle had been unsuccessfully looked at by two other tow truck drivers who could not change the flat, and then was towed to her home, still with the flat needing to be fixed. We picked up the needed tools, and met him there. Cody was prompt, extremely friendly and helpful. Enjoyed seeing his work, and learned some things about his trade and vehicle and tools. He addressed changing the flat, and re-inflated the spare, which had lost air over time from disuse. He made a point of staying long enough to ensure the spare was going to retain air, to allow my mother-in-law to get in to the garage (it did, and she did). We wouldn't hesitate to call him again, we commend him to his company (please do take notice! He makes your company better!), and would recommend Tiger Towing without reservation based on our experience. Thank you.

My car broke down on the side of the road at 6am, I called Tiger Towing and they had it on the tow truck in 15 minutes, super easy experience! Will definitely be using them again if i need Lol

During the most recent snow storm a week or two ago I called tiger towing as I got stuck driving home in the middle of the night. They came extremely quickly and the driver was friendly. However once I got winched out of the deep snow, I asked if he could drop my vehicle off in my buildings parking lot or even on a side road about 50-60 feet away as only the main roads were ploughed and I couldn’t leave the vehicle where it was. The driver refused saying he had other calls and left my vehicle In the middle of the road.

I locked my keys in the car without thinking and being 5 hours away from home and visiting my parents I was in desperate need to unlock the car so I could make it home again. Cody was awesome. He arrived quickly, managed to get the keys out and car unlocked with a great sense of humour all the way through. For where we were located and the distance from town I was really happy with the price too!

Work for Clarke freightways locked myself out of my truck in Duncan today those were there in ten minutes and had the door open in less than ten seconds friendly service would highly recommend these guys

Husband locked out keys in the car about 12 hours after we got married. Tiger was there within 20 minutes and definitely saved us!!

Stunningly excellent service provided by Tiger Towing's Mark on 12th February. I am an elderly disabled person whose ignition key was locked inside my car and who was waiting outside the Superstore in the bitter cold. Mark was prompt, efficient, polite, reassuring (It won't take me more than a minute or two

These guys just rigged up a full sized motorhome and towed it to my house in the rain, and made it look easy. Very professional. 10/10 recommend.

I don’t ever make reviews but I felt like I need to for this horrible service. Made an appointment for 930 in the morning a few days ahead of time to take my small SUV in to the shop. I told them wasn’t the greatest area to get it out from, and they show up with a very large flat deck and couldn’t get it out, told me I need a wrecker truck or to tow it myself to a better area. Was extremely unhelpful and quite frankly the driver was very disrespectful. I call the reception back at 1030, they told me they had a wrecker truck with their company and could send that one. 12 rolls around no show, I call again they say 45 min. 130 no show, call again told me 30 min. 230 rolls around no show. I lost my appointment at the mechanic, and still no tow. I went with someone else. Beware of this company.
