This team is really the best of the best! I went in for an eye exam and new glasses, and I had an amazing experience at Optique Le Cartier. I felt extremely well taken care of by everyone throughout the whole process. I had my eye exam with Nicolas and he was extremely kind, professional, and patient with me. Even though I was *that* annoying person with a million questions, he was so attentive and took everything I said seriously. Not to mention I left there with the most accurate eye prescription I've ever had! The manager Julia was so helpful in finding me a new pair of frames. I felt that she really listened and understood what I was looking for, and also had a great sense of what would look good on me. I normally would feel self conscious trying on glasses, but she was so kind and patient and made me feel very comfortable. Thanks so so much to such a great and professional team, I'm so grateful!

I came to Montreal...discovered my sunglasses' nose guards (?) fell off...lost. Killing the bridge of my nose. Wandered in, asked if tget could attach some new ones...great glasses there!! Great helpful woman outfitted my sunglasses with new nose bridges...no cost, very nice woman...so thankful!! What a pleasant surprise...I was willing to pay, but not accepted. This is how you win over a customer!! As I'm in Montreal occasionally...next glases or sunglasses will be purchased here. Bravo!!

Her attention to detail during both appointments was remarkable! She is respectful, friendly and what I appreciated most about Julia was her sense of humour and her smile throughout the process. i was in montreal for a weekend, and lost a tiny screw holding together a part of my favourite sunglasses. i happened to see the office, and walked in off the street asking if my glasses were fixable. not only did they fix the glasses on the spot, but they didn’t charge me. on saturday, no less. the women in the office were very pleasant and personable (and the sunglasses they had for sale were gorgeous- great brands, amazing selection!).
