Unfortunately, I had a terrible massage experience. It was my first time and I was happy it's close to my place. The office & staff looked very nice. The massage session with Alexandra went well but when I got home after 15 minutes walking, I had an awful back pain for the 1st time in my life. I felt it's injured badly. I have back pain for years but never experienced this type of pain before! It was painful even when I was sitting and not moving. I called the office and talked with Alexandra, she said it's normal and it'll be gone by 2 days. I took Robax to be able to control the pain. After 2 WEEKS, I called the office and told my pain has not relieved yet, what should I do? Alexandra was on vacation and the receptionist was not willing to offer a service. I understand she has limited authority but I was in need for help. After me persisting, she offered to ask her boss call me. I followed up & waited 2 days for the boss to call and they never did!According to the receptionist, Alexandra was supposed to be back by May 7. I expected her to at least follow up but she never did. I understand that each body is different and maybe she has not done anything wrong, but at least they could respect my ask for help and follow up and offer a session to investigate/talk.

I have been going to Denman Wellness since it opened for a variety of treatments. Now I see Austin for acupuncture and am very impressed by his care. Gentle and informative. I am impressed by the whole team. Thank you!

It has a cozy, local, calm area. My massage therapy session was with Aleksandra Wadas today, and she did a great job, I highly recommend her !

I got a massage (RMT) with Alexander Tam and it was unbelievably good!! He really focused on the areas we discussed I needed and he also suggested a few exercises I can do at home. 100% recommended.

I had a great first experience with Austin today. He was extremely helpful knowledgeable and has light hands with the needle :) I went for acupuncture, but he did cupping and acupressure as well.The clinic surprised me very pleasantly, by claiming my expense directly with my insurance.The place is very relaxed, clean, and friendly. I will go again.

I love English Bay Wellness. It is definitely the best local spot for all your RMT and acupuncture needs. I get treated by Chin Miao (Wendy) for acupuncture and Mojdeh for massage. I highly recommend both of these women, they are incredibly professional, kind and talented at their treatments. I am really grateful for consistent care so close by.

The best acupuncture experience. Had a pain in my joints for couple of years, but just after the first visit, everything was fixed and I'm just like new. Recommend this specialist for all my friends!

I was a little hesitant to try acupuncture for the first time, but this was the best treatment I’ve ever had. I went in because of persistent neck pain, and Austin asked me a few questions to figured out what would be the best and most painless approach. Throughout the treatment he even noticed other areas that were tense and sore, and was able to help with those too. He was kind, patient, and knowledgeable, and is clearly very good at what he does. I felt relief almost immediately and will definitely be back!

The staff here are incredible! I had the pleasure of having massages by Zora and Logan and both were 10/10 the best massages i've ever had. They were both super knowledgable and very professional and gave excellent deep tissue massages that alleviated my low back injury and made me feel so much better. I will be going back again. Highly recommend if you need a quality massage. Facility is super clean and relaxing atmosphere. Thank you!!!

Love coming here for my RMT massages. I've had massages from a variety of the RMT's here and they are all sooo good. Alexander, Kevin etc. May try the facial acupuncture soon!
