If I could I would give 0 stars. I’ve been in there looking for various things with money in my pocket. Every time I’ve been very underwhelmed. Recently I went in there with a simple question and the customer service was terrible. We were treated rudely and like it was a huge deal just to answer a few questions. I definitely will not be even walking back in the store. I’m so happy I spent my hard earned thousands of dollars at appelts in Morden.

Walked in and had such friendly service with someone who made me comfortable but also talked to my Little girl who was mesmerized by the beautiful store… there was no pressure to purchase and very knowledgeable staff. Got exactly what I needed!

Wife and I had purchased a wedding band here 11 years ago and had issues with the ring. Manager was awesome enough to make it right. Very friendly and professional people working here, they go thr extra mile for their customers. I'll continue to be a customer and highly recommend people try them out. A++
