Not only were the products amazing but is packaged exceptionally well and was personally delivered without hassle the very next day. I have already recommended this location to several others for both personal and business accounts. Staff are friendly, the website is well organized and checkout is easy. I have had no issues and will certainly be a return customer. Cannot recommend this business enough based on my experience.

Used to be incredible, the quality cheapened once I saw it being ignored at freshco.

The store is small, clean, and organized.I was really in there for maybe 5 mins. One of the employees asked what I was looking for and sent me to correct area. Major reason for the 5 stars is the price.The is the best price for cotton candy mix. I can't wait to try the cherry and watermelon flavours!!These are for work and I love that i can make cotton candy for 100 employees for under $10, and its a small nice treat for everyone.

Best popcorn I’ve ever had!I have a lot of respect for a company that puts so much care into their products and for their customers. Ordering online was a breeze, great prices and whoever delivered the products really made my day. I had a bigger order and it was all so nicely placed on my front stairs and far enough away from my door that I could still open it. Thank you for the great service.

I bought a box of your LUCKY ELEPHANT PINK CANDY POPCORN. Very disappointed, it was hard to chew. For 2 1/2 ounces @ $2.47 + 13% nothing but a rip off. At least you could make sure it's fresh & fill the box at least half full if not 3/4 full.

Terrible experience. Placed an order and received a confirmation email stating that I would receive notification when items shipped. Never received a shipping confirmation. When I called I was told they only deliver to my area on Friday’s. Apparently they no longer use a shipping company example UPS but now have their own driver that only delivers to my area. This was not stated anywhere on their website. When I placed an order last year it arrived next day. I had an event with 30,000 attendees and needed the product next day. If I knew it would be delivered days after I expected it I would of made the 6 hour round trip to pick them up. Harmanpreet kaur who was I dealing with told me it was my fault that I didn’t get the order earlier as I “should of put it in the notes”. How would I know to put it in the notes when I had no idea they weren’t using a shipping company. Harmanpreet was a nightmare to deal with, would not allow me to speak and hung up on me. I asked to speak to a manager and Harmanpreet refused to transfer me. I did get the order on the Friday at 5pm but I was short shipped 1000 snow cones cups. Kind of a big deal when you are doing an event with attendees of 30,000. I had to go out and purchase 1000 cups from a store which cost our company more money.I normally order our supplies from the states as it’s where we have purchased our equipment. We decided to place a small order with Poppa Corn to see what their product and service was like. Clearly we will be going back to ordering from our regular supplier. This terrible experience I had is not unique as my daughter does sales for a large event rental company in southern Ontario and has had issues as well with Poppa Corn.In my 27 years in business I have NEVER dealt with such rude customer service. If you are placing an order you may want to call and find out when you will receive your order as the website is deceiving and you will be lucky if you get notification if your orders have shipped.

I placed a small order at around midnight and recieved it about 12hrs later! It was delivered in excellent condition. We live about 30 minutes west of Kitchener. In my opinion, the items you sell are very reasonably priced. Thank you!
