Incredible selection of high quality and wonderful teas (cream Earl Grey, bourbon vanilla rooibos, and charcoal oolong are some favourites) I've been a loyal steam tea customer for over 5 years and love their tea so much I get it shipped to me since I no longer live in Vancouver. The staff are always so friendly and knowledgeable.

My go to place to stock up in my favourite tea as it’s always good quality and the price is good as well.Getting it shipped over was nice as I live a bit away and saved me a lot of time.

I am so happy this place opened in Kerrisdale!First of all, the quality of the coffee & tea is amazing ! If you are a matcha lover like me , here is your place for a hand-crafted matcha shot, and if you have a bit more time , sit there & enjoy a cup of MatchaCano , you won’t be disappointed.Secondly, the staffs are very caring & knowledgeable, they always put customer’s needs first. When I mentioned that most cafes offer Oat milk with lots of gums I can’t digest; so they have brought in the oat milk which has only 4 ingredients, no gums, no fillers, no vegetable oils. I was so touched they would go that far for their customers.Thirdly, this is a cozy place, not only relaxing and but also uplifting. I have since brought many of my girlfriends there , guess what , every single one of them said the same thing” this is the most relaxing moment of my week”Fourthly, oh the tea blends & coffee! The London fog, the iced bourbon vanilla, the pacific sunset, the coconut almond. The Brazil coffee etc, it is a place worth exploring.Fifthly, they offer great quality honey, and they even have Manuka Honey . I’m impressed and totally in loved. ♥️Give it a try, and try again!

Very warm and friendly environment so having your drink inside is highly recommended. The beverages are extremely high quality. Jo Ellen is a knowledgeable barista and great company.

Lovely place and friendly staff, the coffee (drip & espresso) were delicious and full of flavour.My daughter had a hot chocolate, and in her words: “that is the best hot chocolate I had in Vancouver”

Wow. I just enjoyed the most amazing fresh grapefruit iced tea. The beautiful young girl who was so knowledgeable about teas made me a refreshing iced tea while I bought my favorite lavender earl Grey. Make sure you stop by if you shop at Donald’s market. I want to hire this girl. Best iced tea I have ever tasted.
