Working for this company seems prosperous. It's pretty, it seems like a laid back environment and the people seem nice. Unfortunately looks are deceiving.I got the job through a temp agency I was hired to work in the bulk section replacing a position that had turned over I believe they told me twice in the year preceding me. So when I arrived I was being trained by ringers filling in at the position. I was told that my supervisor would be around to train me...that turned out to be quite the exaggeration as the only time he came by was to go in or out of the warehouse for a smoke break; but, I'm not gonna harp on him, the supervisor I had was actually a rather nice guy, and while he did contribute to the disgusting event that led to me no longer working here, I acknowledge that if he didnt have such a tyrant of a boss, things would have been different.So the ringers training advice was rather incomplete, the one guy training me on how to pick just went on about the guy I was replacing and didnt really tell me anything useful...but hey he gave me a box cutter, of which I'm pretty sure was from work, as that's what he did with the new guy after me, just picked up a knife from the little pot housing them and handed it to the guy as a gift". I work for Attrell Hyundai in Brampton in the service department, our rep is Ramish Kalattur he is always very friendly and prompt to getting our products we require and if there is ever an issue or delay he keeps us up to date, as well as shows us new products and helps to answer any questions about products we may have.

Very rare to have a company over-deliver on their value propositions. Wurth is one of those rare companies. Amazing products and service!

Over priced. Go to Canadian tire for the same product and run a price comparison. You’ll be stumped.

Spoke to Ralph the Wurth representative ,he set me up with a online account .Had a couple of questions about products ,he was quick to reply with the information I required. Ordering online was easy and the product arrived on time .

Had a very nice a persistent rep come back multiple times however all the products are grossly overpriced and generally triple the cost of anywhere else... I don't care how good they might be its not wurth it. So my tech did want some mechanics gloves which were $38 (I can get ones just as good for half that price at Canadian tire), however I wanted to support this nice guy as a rep. The gloves arrive and what a pain to pay a bill with these guys. the final straw is they were charging $15 in shipping. Brutal business strategy I have no idea how you guys stay in business. Never again

I called wurth couple of times and write emails for a tpms tool ,i need to update it and unfortunately i dont have the account number that was supposed to be on the bill but i provided them the tool id , emailed them ,called them for help ,but my bad luck ,not even a single response ,i have no idea how this company works ,really had a very bad experience when comes to buying a 800 dollars (current price ) with no technical help from them ,really sad on there part

In these days of totally impersonal business dealings by large companies, I wish to thank Wurth for being the exception. I needed advice and a small order totalling fifty bucks . The help and guidance I received from Louis Martinez and your telephone receptionists was outstanding, to say the least. Product arrived within 24 hours, did the job perfectly, and I have nothing but praise for service that is outstanding. Feel free to tell the world I said so! THANK YOU.

After recently transferring locations from Canadian Tire Orillia to Milton I decided to run a cost analysis between the two store. Alarmingly I came to find James had been double to triple billing our current store for years. Working for a large corporation it was very sad to see this company take full advantage our store and not step up to the plate to correct the problem once the whistle was blown. Wow, have the sales representatives for Wurth in the Toronto area gone downhill. Can't give business to sales representatives who don't care. Hope they find some new ones. Cause business is going elsewhere.
