I have leased truck from pride. There customers services is awesome. Always get road services in case of breakdown on road with in 2 hrs. Mr. Amar sales representatives in Montreal branch is very helpful and he always do his best to satisfy customer. I had one one problem with some reimbursement from service department. He help me in that matter and solve the issues in very professional manner. I highly recommend to get leased truck from pride if you want to be owner operator with less headaches.

Unprofessional sales team, they are missing the honesty. When I bought my truck, they told me that the truck is still under Volvo manufacture warranty, so I paid extra money for this special truck. After one week, I got an engine light, and I end up fixing my truck and spending around $4500 at Volvo dealer, as per their records, the warranty had expired before my purchase date. When I asked pride about this issue, they answered me that you can buy our warranty which will cost me around $16000.Updated April 2023 :Pride owner replied my review saying that they want to resolve this problem. However, they are not responding nor calls or emails. Worst customer care.Buy or lease your truck from anywhere except this place. Bad experience.

My experience purchasing my first truck from pride was excellent. I worked with Vishal through the entire purchase. He was fast to answer all my questions and helped out as much as he could. I was a little skeptical at first because I bought the truck unseen as it was at their states dealership but vishal made purchase easy by offering a complete walk around of the truck to make sure there were no surprises once I received the truck. Fridge was not installed in truck but he went above and beyond, convinced top guys for fridge and got me brand new fridge installed in the truck. I would highly recommend working with Vishal for my next truck as well.
