4 months in a row of screw ups they don't ever learn from. Add in lying to customers, gaslighting and generally abusive to customers. Add in a misogynistic manager that I had the displeasure, at a previous time, when I brought up legitimate issues, and here we are again, month 4, without the medical products needed, no communication and no fix. Add in this time the manager was supposed to call a few days ago, and they haven't even sent an email to say they got too busy or whatever.So it's just plain and simple, the PDC is a good ol colonizer regional government that allows people to fall through the cracks and leave them there forgotten.

The website is impossible to navigate. My son is on the At Home Program" so I have to order supplies by telephone. Wait times are ridiculous! I was just on hold for more than an hour. There is no "email" or "online"ordering alternative."

This is the 3rd time in the last 2 years I have not received my medical supply order (catheters that I can't use the washroom without). I've waited on hold 3 separate times the past 2 weeks until I was disconnected by the system and told to e-mail by the computerized message. I finally got a call from a 'supervisor' who was very unprofessional yet here I sit without my order 7 days later. MLA's office is my next stop

very disappointed with PDC lately ordered Attends a week and a half ago and they still haven't arrived. They used to be so reliable I do not know if it is them or the courier service they use. Hope it improves soon.
