Well this morning I experience the most horrible staff in E2025, that Korean staff with short bob hair kept cutting my words when I was explaining about my situation and she didnt know how to respect when people are saying, that's extremely rude and impolite and I feel like its an action of disrespecting the students! If you are doing service you should know the basic rule of communication with people, not cutting when they are expressing the issue! Well i am international student and I pay 3,4 times more than local people, not to receive such terrible service like this! There should be a strict training for career ethnic for this staff!

International immigration queue starts at 1:30pm mon-fri. If u are 4th in a queue, you are the most unlikely to see them and will end up in waiting for hours!This is my personal experience.. !

Staff is extremely rude. If you share about your problems/concerns, they term it as ‘this is the most stupidest question’. We are paying thousands of dollars to study in this college and the international staff doesn’t show any respect nor they care about you.
