I asked for a quote from Ben's Concrete and I was referred here because my project was too small. Fair enough.I am asking for a 105 sqft sidewalk, on flat ground with no demolition. I got the 'I don't want this job' price of $8000.Quotes from other companies have been ranging from $2600-$4000 for a sidewalk of identical specifications and warranty.If the job is too small I get it, just tell me that. But I feel it's just predatory to put ludicrous quotes out there because some oblivious people will just pay it.I'm sure they do fine work. But they should be a little more upfront.
