Scott and his team are very knowledgeable and were always very quick at completing our taxes over the last few years. We've called on them numerous times with various questions and they have always provided great advice.

I’ve been going to Scott at Tax Care and he’s rally helped me out of some tough situations. I lived abroad for 4 years and he helped me catch up on my taxes. I had a serious medical issue for two years and he helped me come out of that financially whole. More than that though I always look forward to getting my less eventful return done and having a chat. Although our returns have been filed, we had a poor experience with this company. I’d recommend going to other businesses that have more attention to detail and are more professional with their execution.I’m an accountant and left detailed instructions for the preparer and owner to follow, but there were numerous mistakes that were seemingly difficult for them to address.We discovered that this company had filed an early, incorrect draft of our return without our consent/approval and without informing us. They later re-filed the return with correct numbers but now we have to wait a few months for the reassessment to be approved by the CRA.After we paid our bill, we went to the office to pick up our folders and USB stick that held confidential information, but they could not locate our materials. As an accountant, I can assure you that losing someone’s personal information is extremely unusual. We’re now left with the uncomfortable feeling of not knowing where our information is. If they happen to locate our materials I will update my review.

Scott, Caron and their staff are an excellent tax preparation team and are equally skilled as tax advisors. We have been with Tax Care for over 10 years. They have assisted us with some issues both for personal and for business taxes. We have appreciated their professionalism and very knowledgeable expertise.I would not hesitate to use their services.
