Placed an order at 10:04 am on Sept 14 for delivery for Sept 15. By 5pm on Sept 15, when I didn’t hear anything from my mom, I called the shop at 5:04pm to check on my order. Not only was it not delivered yet, they didn’t even have flowers on hand to arrange it. She said her son is out buying flowers so it’ll be fresh for delivery. The bouquet my mom received was basically the grocery store bouquet with my message printed from the exact order form online, there wasn’t even any effort to print or hand write it on a separate paper. Never again.

Very disappointed with the bouquet I received. My sister and I bought a bouquet to be delivered to our mother on Valentine’s day and she didn’t receive the flowers that were advertised. The first picture is the bouquet we had ordered for her. The last two photos are what she received for almost $80. The description on the website said that the bouquet included pink roses, tulips and carnations. However, she only received 12 roses and baby's breath which was not included in the description. Due to the holiday, I would understand if they were short on the other flowers, but it would have been nice to know in advance that they would be missing. Especially because we ordered this bouquet a week in advance. They do not resemble the picture or description on the website at all. I have tried calling multiple times a day for the past 3 days and finally got a hold of Sandee yesterday. I was able to get a full refund, however, Sandee was impolite and unprofessional during the phone call. My sister had a similar experience while talking to her over the phone as well. I would not recommend buying from this florist.
