Wow! Our trip with Max Fish was nothing short of amazing! Booking and communications with the owner Shea was a breeze and he gave us a very fair price. Our guide Aaron was extremely friendly and professional and is clearly a pro. During our evening charter we got into double digit hook ups, saw whales, sea lions, and even caught a beautiful sunset which made the charter extremely enjoyable for both me and wife! Highly recommend, and will be booking back next year. Thanks Shea!

A group of 4, booked a full day trip with Captain Shea to target some ling cod and halibut. Shea was amazing it how well he explained things (safety, water conditions, fishing set ups) and also the confidence he gave us through out the day. It was amazing to spend that much time with someone who is so knowledgeable about the sea life but the entire area in general as well. We were very happy to have amazing weather conditions, and we had a great time riding around to different areas and catching the two species of fish we wanted! Shea accommodated all of our different knowledge and comfort levels when it came to fishing, and challenged us to push our limits. I, highly recommend a trip with Captain Shea and Maximum Coastal Adventures!

Hands down, the best charter I've ever been on!! We wanted to go after Halibut and Ling cod, so we booked an 8 hour charter. Our host and skipper, Shea, was very professional, super organized and wasted no time getting us on the fish! I've never seen a guide work as hard as he did. He had lines baited and down to the perfect depth all day long. Not only did we ended up getting our limits, but had so much fun, as well. The atmosphere on the boat was excellent!Shea's knowledge of the area, the ecosystem and tendencies of the fish was amazing! We learned so much! I will definitely be booking with MaxFish again!

I’ve been out with Max Fish and Shea twice now and never disappointed. His knowledge of the fishery and the area are top tier and the experience is second to none. He has experience guiding all over the West Coast and you can tell he lives and breathes what he does. It’s become an annual trip for me and my group and I won’t fish with any other Charter than Max Fish.

Shea was an amazing guide. My wife & I had a great fishing trip with another couple. The ladies did better fishing then us guys. We coined the term to “fish like a girl” on this trip cause they killed it!!Came home with MAXfish - enough to fill the freezer and last a year or so. I def recommend this company and have been coming back year after year for the past 10yrs.Give them a call and book in advance cause he books up fast!

Aaron was awesome. 4 of us slayed chinook from about 11 seconds in until we pulled up the downriggers. Unreal afternoon. Gave us a recommendation for brisket at Frankie’s after; 10/10!

Very knowledgeable, professional and respectful guide, we caught fish within seconds of the lines being the water! Overall had such a lovely time on the water with Shea, would recommend him to anyone coming through town!
