Horrible place and people. The staff there is so rude and disrespectful people. They don't care about anything but money. They don't fix anything that's broken, they shut the water off without notice and remains off for hours , no heat in winter time and they are too cheap to fix the boiler, always had mice problems in my unit and they never help fix that problem, everytime ur lease is up they start increasing the rent, now they are charging extra for water heat and garbage which they can't do that. They will try keep ur damage deposit for no reason. I had to go to rentalsman not once but twice with them and I won both times. Stay away from here. There is much better places than these apartments. All these extra charges they are asking for is just putting money in their own pockets.

Worst costumer service experience!! It’s been three months that we moved in these apartments. At the time of move in they told us that the apartment will be cleaned and the balcony had damage it would also be repaired by the end of first month of moving in. They have been delaying it since three months. They have been changing time frames for that and now they’re saying we never gave you a time frame. They make numerous excuses all the time. Raj, Komal always give us a new excuse, when they ran out of the they gave the call to the manager and the manager himself said that it’s your fault why you moved in with broken balcony and trusted that it’s gonna be repaired. There are rats in the apartment as well. When we complain they just put the call on hold and blame the tenants to be responsible for their own move in cleaning and figuring out from where the rats enter the apartment. When we asked for concession in rent for the inconvenience since three months, they offered us a $50 walmart gift card. Like seriously! Think 1000 times before moving in here!!!

WORST place you will find in Regina.Whoever looking for home in Regina, do yourself a favor, DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE". They will give you promotion of less rent or free month

I have been living here more then 6 years before the customer service was 1/5. Now they are improving their services. I met one of the employe he was very friendly and helpful.

I booked viewing online for an apartment and its done for july 3rd..so i received reminder email from them ithe morning but when i went to the office, closed sign was posted there.I rebooked again for another day, i talked to the Komal and i just asked her why it was closed on monday eventhough i had scheduled viewing for 4:45 pm and she replied me in very disrespectful way she said” How would we know some one is coming for viewing if you booked online and obiviously its long weekend that’s why office was closed” but then why you guys open the spot online for viewing on holidays..?? She said they don’t have access for online things, so how they run the online appoinments.???She was very very rude.I went for viewing in the evening and i met Raj and he showed me the apartment and to be very honest this is the worst apartments i ever seen in my life.!! Between touring i asked him about who is komal here and he said she is our main leasing agent.I just told him about the conversation i had with komal over the phone and he didn’t say anything not even single sorry. I worked in customer service for 5 years and i never ever behave like these people no matter what type of situation is..!!! If you want to work in customer service you really have to be nice and freindly person to keep your company or management standards in better way…!!

WORST place and customer service i have encountered in my life!!!!!! “KOMAL”, “RAJ” , MANAGER needs to learn some customer service skills. The apartment was dirty the day we moved in and we asked for cleaning, but they never took any action, so basically the tenants are responsible For MOVING IN cleaning. They will put you on hold for hours without even informing you, and when to try to go to their office, these people will see you coming through window and put up “CLOSED” sign to avoid you! There balcony is unsafe to go out and when we asked them when will it be fixed, they gave us excuse for three months. And when they ran out of excuses then MANAGER told us that its out fault to move into incomplete apartment in the first place, that we shouldn’t have trusted them that they will fix the balcony within 2 months of our moving in! There apartments are full of mice/rats and they do nothing about it.THINK 100 TIMES before you move into this place…. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!

This is the worst place for living i was moving here this February 2023.when i moved and i saw a rat in apartment and i was complaining from that day but still rat is in my apartment they are not taking serious when i go to the office and inform them for rat they come and fill the holes that’s all and asked me do you know where are the hole so we can fill i am not your servant to find the holes i am paying rent on time that’s my responsibility. How to maintain the apartment that’s your duty but the management is poor.

Moved in March 2023, have had mice, cockroaches, and drywall damage from leaks in the ceiling. Frequent visits from pest control to spray and treat apartment. Management deals with issues fairly quick, and even gave me a bottle of the spray foam to seal up any hole I find in my baseboards or register piping to deter mice. Big units and pet friendly, on the more affordable end. Just gotta deal with pests every now and then.

This is the worst place to stay at. If your looking to suffer then I recommend it LOL. The rent is definitely not worth it, people say it’s cheap but you can get way BETTER apartments anywhere else in the city. The staff is unprofessional and not friendly at all. First of all it’s hard to get a hold of them and there not helpful at all. Gave the apartment back in cleaner condition then when we got it which was disgusting, they still deducted money. Overall It’s better to be homeless then renting this apartment.

The staff are lovely and fantastic. They respond to all our needs on time. I have never see any rat in my building and had no issue. I have recommended this madison estate to a lot of people and will keep recommending it that they are the best in terms of prompt and efficient service to their clients.
