Hush Lash Studio

I have been getting my lashes done since August here. Every time I leave happy and realxed. The lashes are durable and the place is spotless. The girls are all extremely friendly and so is the front staff. Highly recommend

I decided to get eyelash extensions for an upcoming vacation. I ended up loving them so much I've decided to keep going. So far I've been back once for a fill. Both times were with Lisa and I was very happy with how they turned out!

I've been coming here for almost a year and I really love the staff. Very friendly and awesome to talk too. They know their stuff and the quality of the lashes is better than anywhere else I've been. You pay for the quality for sure. Thank you so much for everything!

I had a classic set done by Lisa while she was their guest stylist and I have never felt more beautiful or as confident from a beauty service provider as I did when she handed me the mirror! Her attention to detail and passion for this craft is definitely apparent by the way the extensions felt and looked!

I am extremely disappointed in this establishment. Hush lash studio is by far the worst lash studio on the island at both their Oak Bay and Tuscany Village location. I had booked a fill at the Tuscany Village location and was surprised when the technician said she was a junior lash tech and had only been doing lashes for 1 month. I know you must start somewhere but I was not informed of this online when I was booking and due to my previous lash experience with Hush, I would not have gone forward with the booking knowing this. The lady started removing loose lashes (a procedure I'm familiar with through other studios) and just as she was about finished with this part of the appointment, she told me that I no longer had 40-50% of my lashes remaining. I had a fill done no longer than 2.5 weeks prior to this appointment. As this EXACT thing happened to me a few months prior, I was noticeably disappointed. She then told me she would not have time to do a fill and that I would have to book another appointment for a full-set. The only place that has EVER told me this is Hush Lash Studio at both the Oak Bay and Tuscany location. I have been getting my lashes done for almost a full year and have only had 2 negative experiences. I normally go to the Peach Beauty Bar in the Westshore and not once have they told me I did not have enough eyelashes or ever stopped after they've removed the loose lashes. I will now have to pay for a full-set somewhere else and I feel like I have been scammed by this place. This exact same thing happened to me in the Oak Bay location and I was forced to walk out of the store being extremely disappointed. My lash technician said that there was glue around my eye (after I stupidly tried to apply fake lashes one night because the lady from hush had told me she did that to make them look fuller in my previous appointment) and that she wouldn't be able to continue on with the appointment. I had to leave with about 5 eyelashes and I was so lucky to get into peach the next day and the technician told me not to apologize and that she would give me a fill for regular price and not charge me for a full-set. My friend has also had the exact same thing happen to her at Hush and was forced to walk out with no fill and a set of lashes that were removed. I ended up paying half for my recent appointment when in reality, I should of had to pay zero. I will make sure I share my negative experience with friends + family and encourage them to go to a legitimate lash studio such as the Peach Beauty Bar. Terrible experience and I cannot be more disappointed.

First time getting my lashes done, and I am very impressed with Hush and their staff. I plugged my headphones in and relaxed while the professionals worked their magic. Would reccomend this place to anyone that wants flawless natural looking lashes.

I really love the service, location, and price of Hush Lashes. I’ve had my lashes done at various places around town over the last couple years and Hush in Oak Bay is my newest fav, and go-to. I had my 6th Relash tonight and have absolutely no complaints about any of the service I’ve received so far. They aren’t overpriced, all of the techs I’ve had sessions with are super professional and speedy, and there’s always parking around the location. Can’t say enough!

This review is specifically for Tannaz. She was so wonderful, gentle, thorough, and lovely. I planned on having a lash nap but ended up chatting with her the whole time instead. Her completed work was just as beautiful as her soul - I would come back specifically for her! Thank-you Tannaz!

I've been getting my lashes done at Hush lash studio for approx. 6 months by the same lash technician, and after getting lashes for a few years, these were the best lashes I've ever had. I finally thought I had found a reliable studio with a reliable technician that I was always satisfied with. Then, I showed up to an appointment with a confirmation the day before confirming the lash technician and the time. However, I get to the studio and my technician is not there. Instead, I get greeted by an extremely unfriendly girl who rudely tells me my technician got fired for not doing the technique right". Ironically

We have been going to hush lash studio for a number of months now. The atmosphere is calming and extremely relaxing. The girls are always kind and very professional at what they do, we loves having our lashes done and It is an absolute pleasure to be a customer at this studio. Thank youM.Clough
