Dear management of this LCBO, please start using your brains.The last few times I have been here, I've end up in a 20 person line inside the store. Besides the extremely long queue, this is not Covid friendly in the slightest. Half your store is being used by the people in queue, and I can't access some aisles because of this.The aggravating aspect that lead to this negative review is the fact that you have 6 employees working every occurrence I've been, but only 2 people running the tills (50% capacity)! For some reason you deem it necessary to have 3 employees walking around stocking shelves (or pretending to stock shelves) during peak times. It should be obvious to you that you need to prioritize your tills instead of stocking shelves during peak times.

It's not horrible, but a disappointing LCBO. Too small, and lame selection. Any other LCBO beats this location. Kanata North should have an LCBO like they have in Orleans and Carleton Place.

Great selection. Today I purchased beers from around the world. This is for a fondue party, and you sample approx. 2 oz of beer from each bottle or can. I purchased about 50 different beers. Please, do not drink and drive. Cheers!

They always have a large selection of beers and coolers, and a wide variety of scotch. Employees are ready to help and usually have a deep knowledge of products and pairings. Clear arrow markings, hand sanitizer provided, and plentiful safety sinage on site.

Very clean and well stocked

Fairly good beer selection. Fairly good whiskey selection, but I wish they had more local and small distillers. Lots of wine, if you like that kinda stuff.Staff is excellent.
