Do not get your mug from here if you want timely delivery, shipping or pickup. Thought I’d support local, but huge mistake.

Ordered 20 days before Christmas. Their website claimed 1-2 days production time. Sent 4 emails asking for updates and all went unanswered. Called multiple times with no answer, or when they did answer they put me on hold instantly and didn’t return to the phone.When I emailed again asking for a refund as Christmas had passed, I got an email almost instantly my order had been finished and shipped. No response to my other issues.I paid a premium price for fast production time. I could have paid half the price and ordered from China and would have received it sooner:0/5. Will not use again and will not recommend.

Whoever runs this business needs insight into offering a positive customer service experience. I'm surprised they're not out of business at this rate.I called the number on their website and asked if I could rush-order some custom mugs. From the get-go, the person on the phone gave me a sassy/snarky attitude. They appeared confused and fussed over the fact that I called for a rush order (even though their website clearly states that they have a 1-2 day turnover).I asked them if I could have the mugs prepared and ready to pick up within two days. I kept getting the answer (in a snarky attitude-fueled tone): Place the order online and call us tomorrow for an update." I kept reiterating that I didn't need an update but needed a guarantee that the order would be ready for pick up within two days. Again

New owner is AWFULI used this business a few times in the past, but there was a change in ownership late last year and it was a very bad change. I ordered and paid for a product in December 2022 that they no longer offered. They agreed to send me a refund, and now, May 2023 with months of emailing back and forth to try to get my money back, I still don't have it. Dylan seems purposefully difficult and at this point I doubt I'm ever getting my money back despite my best efforts. I implore you to use another business for custom products in Toronto.

I placed an order for 8 mugs two days before Christmas for same day pickup. Even though they were completely swamped, they answered the phone and told me they could do it. Dylan even kept me updated on his progress by text which was far beyond what I expected. This is the kind of small business I wish there were more of and I'm so glad I could support them. They totally saved my Christmas and my team loved their custom mugs.

This is the place if you need a custom mug in a very short time. I got mine in 2 days. Fair price and good service. The print turns out to be a bit darker than the image I uploaded.

I was having trouble finding a mug online with RBG on it for a gift. I decided to try and make my own. I am so happy I found What A Mug! I was able to design the perfect mug for my friend. Not only was the process easy, for the same price I was able to get a mug with a pink handle and inside too. This mug is so well made and it came packaged so nicely. I picked it up at the store 2 days after ordering. I couldn’t be happier. For a great price I was able to make my friend a mug that I know she will like better than the ones already being sold online. Thank you for the great service Nick!

Quick turn around. Very high quality. Would definitely recommend.

I needed some last minute Christmas gifts - very low volume custom photo mugs (one a single mug, the other just two custom jobs) and WTM came through with quick last minute preparation. Not fancy, but good quality and a fun base for personal photos.During crunch periods (like Christmas) communications can be spotty. So just be prepared to persist, call and inquire. WTM will make it happen.

Ordered 2 cups and got 5 buttons. Tried calling and # not in service.
