This realtor is extremely unethical. They only care about their commission and refuses to work with other realtors at the expense of the home purchaser.They are not transparent and stated they would keep me in mind when we expressed interest in a new development. But the moment I told them I'm working with a realtor, they said it was all sold out. Then, I contacted them back and stated my contract was up with my realtor and they magically had several lots available.This is unfair practice and unethical. I will be filing a complaint with RECO to address this malpractice.
