Such a gorgeous studio! Vicki treated me to the best pedicure I've ever had, and let me keep the brand new bottle of nail polish I chose. They also carry great products - got my little nephew an eczema cream and it's the only one he doesn't fight to put on. So soothing!!

Vicki did my make up & my bridesmaids for our wedding and I couldn't have been happier with her services. Everyone looked amazing! Since then I have become a regular client of hers and see her for all of my sugaring, skin care, manicure and pericure needs. Vicki is welcoming and professional. I always leave feeling relaxed and pampered. I recommend her to all of my friends and family.

Novo was recommended to me by a close friend about 2 years ago, and ever since then I have not gone anywhere else for sugaring services. I cannot say enough great things about Novo, Vicki and her team are absolutely incredible! I do also greatly appreciate the attention to detail and the safety measures Vicki has put in place during this unusual time. The location is so convenient, welcoming decor, fantastic offerings for all kinds of services, amazing products for sale and next level service. Outside of all the great things offered at Novo, the service is what brings me back each time. Great relationships have been formed and I feel at home, and I see this level of care towards every client of theirs. This is worth it to experience yourself and a great local business to support.

By far the best spa experience I’ve ever had. Excellent Covid protocols that went over and above with the level of care and sanitation. Vicki (owner) is so so kind, friendly and easy to talk to. She does an amazing job at making everyone feel comfortable and welcome, and of course is amazing at the actual work as well. A great place to get Esthetics done, and also an incredibly safe space for LGBTQ2S+ folks. Can’t wait to go again.

I love going to Novo!Before I had a baby (now my self care is lacking), I would always go to Vicki for a pedicure. I love the products she uses, and love the environment she provides. I also just received a facial and it was such an experience! Very relaxing at the same time (Massage of the hands and feet while face was under steam or letting mask set in). I highly recommend!

I was reccomend the spa from a friend. I got to have a manicure. And purchased a stash of goodies. Michelle is increadable. Also the owner is very kind too. But I was Beyond impressed. The cleanliness and sanitization as well as the quality of Michelle's workmanship is well worth the visit.
