They did such a wonderful job of designing and are very professional and courteous. In a world where it's hard to get people to call you back, they had no problems communicating with us! Great company!!!

Would really recommend this company excellent work

I used legendary landscapes last year for power washing. They were great and they asked for my business regarding weekly lawn cutting. I had already hired someone but said I would consider switching this year. I called at beginning of April to ask if I could get a spring clean up and weekly cutting. They said yes. 4 weeks later I hadn’t heard back. I gave them some wiggle room considering the current climate with COVID 19. I sent an email and they said they were creating the schedule. They did end up sending someone over to cut the lawn that day. I though I was up and running. The next week they didn’t show up and no notice of where I would be scheduled. I sent an email asking what was happening. They got back to me and said they were too busy to do my lawn. This is 6 weeks after they said they would do it. I am now stuck trying to get someone else 7 weeks into the season. Frustrating and horrible customer service. I had to chase them. All they had to do is tell me they couldn’t do it, instead of stringing me along for weeks. In the end I think they just forgot about me, and then filled up. They said they would help me find another provider...I highly doubt that will happen given their track record. Said they would try and get my grass cut this week...what does that mean? I am supposed to sit around and see if they show up?

Found the Legendary Landscapes ad on Kijiji and I took a risk...and it was a WIN. We ordered 3 yards of natural cedar mulch and it was professionally delivered a few days later. There was constant communication through the entire as the mulch that was to be delivered got rained on. Haley contacted me and told me that the mulch didn’t look great and that she was getting a fresh batch the following day. I respect that she was looking out for my best interests. I have had a number of people walk by and ask where I got the mulch from. Thanks again Haley...highly recommended!!
