These guys did a great job removing our 20 year old leaky gutters and installing all new gutters, downspouts, and facia cover this fall. The cost was very reasonable and the work only took a couple of days to complete. The colour of the metal matches our house perfectly, and they were able to increase the number of downspouts from 2 to 4 to improve water flow and meet local codes. Included in the price was a 5-year warranty on the work (in case of leaking or other issues) and 20 year warranty on the materials (in case the metal rusts). These guys did a fantastic job removing the moss from my roof. It looks new again. My son was on the roof a week later to trim some branches and took pictures of the gutters. They have never been so clean! The yard was tidied up and when I asked where all the moss went they pointed to the back of their truck and they took it away. Good price for the job. Would highly recommend this company!

I wonder what we would do in this internet age without the use of reviews. I wasn't sure which company to call looked at the internet and saw all the positive and negative criticisms. It is so helpful to actually get a feel for the company, but you never know what you are going to get until you try. So anyway for what my review is worth I highly recommend this company for all your roof cleaning needs.

Scheduled an appointment for gutter cleaning, taking the afternoon off to be available. Nobody ever showed up. Called to find out what had happened and no one ever returned my call.I see in similar complaints about this business’s lack of professionalism that the company does, indeed, own and operate a telephone so be forewarned they may simply opt to “forget” about your appointment.

They are a great bunch of guys. The other company used a harsh chemical to clean the roof whereas they use organic environmental products. Did not want to hurt my plants or animals. Highly recommend the green choice for your roof cleaning project.

Kyle provided me with a quote and cautioned me about using other companies as some were not insured. Kyle posed the question “Does he have commercial insurance. What happens if he falls or damages your property?”. Kyle also suggested I search online reviews about the other companies. Based on my conversation with Kyle I selected him for the job. I was not provided any terms and conditions, nor was I ever made aware any even existed. Further to that I was never asked to prep or move anything at the house. I was simply given the date/ time the job would start.During the job debris from the roof was swept onto my girlfriends car which was parked in the driveway. The debris consisted of moss as well as brick pieces that had come from the chimney. The cars paint sustained numerous chips to the roof / trunk and was taken to Boyd Autobody. The quote from Boyd was $1200 to fix. In the event the damage could be fixed through the vehicles comprehensive insurance, the deductible would have been $500.Based on this I asked Kyle for the $500 in which he refused stating he would give $250 / 2 free gutter cleanings. When I declined this offer and asked for the $500 in cash to have the vehicle repaired Kyle stated: “You got to take 50% of the responsibility to get this problem solved. #1 it’s not our fault that your chimney was falling apart and in disrepair, and #2 the vehicle should not have been in the driveway.I explained to Kyle that the chimney falling apart was not his fault, however, sweeping the debris off of the roof and onto the car was 100% his fault. I further explained to Kyle that if his expectation was that no cars were to be in the driveway, then it was his responsibility to notify me of this expectation and request the car be moved prior to the job commencing. Lastly, I explained to Kyle that me not asking for the full $1200, or going through his business insurance ($2500 deductible) was already a generous offer on my part. Despite my frustrations with Kyle's comments, I offered to settle at $400 in an attempt to show good faith. If this could not be agreed upon I recommended we take the matter to Civil Court.Kyle agreed to settle at $400 and the money was transferred online. Kyle then texted me saying he hoped there were no hard feelings. I explained to Kyle that I was not happy with the way he dealt with the incident and that I would be writing an online review to share my experience with his company. I further explained the review would be fair, accurate and not spiteful. I then received a phone call from Kyle threatening to retract the $400 e transfer if I wrote a negative review. I advised Kyle that I would still be writing the review despite his attempt to bully his way around it.To clarify, my frustrations are not in regards to the work that was done on the roof but rather the way Kyle handled this situation. Had Kyle taken full responsibility in the first instance I would not have had any issues with the damage to the vehicle. This review was written to outline my experience with Kyle and his company so others have fair information to make an informed decision when deciding whether to choose Roof Cleaning Victoria or not. Based on my experience I would not recommend using this company.

Our roof has never been cleaner and it was very bad this year with a heavy moss buildup. They did a fabulous job and for an excellent price. Will have them return on a regular basis to keep things looking good. We highly recommend this company.

Very happy with this company! It only took 1 day to remove the moss off my roof while I was told by another company that it would take 3 - 4 days and they quoted a higher price, plus I had to follow-up a couple of times just to get the quote. This company responded with a quote right away. They were prompt, efficient and very professional. I would definitely recommend their service.

Called 3 places, this was the best deal.Easy to work with during the quote portion, came when they said they would, polite.Small problem during the job, but when brought to Kyle’s attention, he came over personally and rectified it. This is a good measure of a company commitment to customer satisfaction.Will use them again next season for sure.

Really impressed the quality of work and price. They use no chemicals or sprays which i found helpful to protect my gardens.Got a quote from Thompson's Roof Treatment and they are way cheaper.
