I called the Bozeman location recently and was appalled with the attitude I got. The woman, I believe her name is Annie, was so incredibly rude before I could even give her any information. She was offensive to me and my cosigner. I would absolutely NEVER work with her.

I was not only in a mess legally, but My husband had just passed as well. Verda came and got me, she was very very nice to me. My mother flew in from Alabama and sign some forms that needed to be signed, and Verda was extremely nice to my mother too. If I was ever in that situation again, I would most Definitely call Bad Boy Bail Bonds. They are very non-judgemental and willing to help, they will work with you and do whatever they can. I highly recommend them.

Worst experience I could’ve possibly had with a bondsmen. Wasted our whole day trying to get anything out of them. They accused us of not sending our info even though we did twice. They have no compassion for their customers and whoever the man was that was “working” with me was rude and was no help at all.
