National Car Rental
On February 28, on the Westjet website, I booked flights to Deer Lake, NFld and also reserved a car for 21 days from National starting on June 12, 2022. Unfortunately, when we arrived, they could not find our reservation so either Westjet or National fouled up. After speaking to National headquarters in Atlanta, the local Deer Lake dealership provided the car and at the rate as per my reservation. They even bought the car to my location which was an hour away. That was exceptional service.

Friendly staff at checkin. in Deer Lake, NL. Offered an upgrade. Check out at St. John’s Airport was seamless bar tag was scanned, couple questions, done in less then 3 minutes.
