Absolutely fantastic service! Sylvie came all the way from Orleans to Kanata to do an onsite repair of my glasses. I had stepped on my spare set causing the lenses to pop out on both sides, which she expertly put back in place. And, the leg on my main pair had broken off too, so she did a repair involving heat shrinking of a clear plastic material to hold the leg to the frame again. Although the leg no longer bends, that is fine with me, because the glasses typically dangle on a neck cord when they aren't on my face anyway. All that for $60 and she worked out of the back of her SUV, so minimal contact. She of course disinfected the repaired glasses before handing them back to me each time. Great attention to detail in her work. I would recommend this woman time and time again. Been wearing both sets for the past two weeks now and no issues with either repair.

Was pleased enough with my first experience to order another set of lenses for my new frames. Months and months later I am still waiting and cannot get a reply to any of my attempts to communicate. Booked an appointment and Optician didn't show up. Getting quite frustrated at this point. I just want my frames back.

Not only was I able to get a new pair of glasses, I was able to get new lenses in my old frames. Her knowledge made choosing coatings and filters a lot easier. Excellent service and I would absolutely recommend you to others!
