Doctor has one answer to all your questions.. Have patience!! As a doctor he might have seen hundreds of new born babies.. but new parents have lots of questions. He does not answer your questions and also ridicules your questions and laughs at them. Doesn’t want to discuss anything in detail.Also, they don’t maintain anything on computer. Everything manual . So, When we moved to a new doctor, we requested for our baby’s records.. for that the receptionist said they will charge $10 for it. When we went there to collect the paper work she asked for $20!! For photocopying 4 pages they need $20!! Terrible!!I would not recommend this doctor.

Doctor Ma is a very good doctor. He may seem like a tough doctor, but he is definitely someone you can rely on to take care of your kids.

This doctor got some wiered attitude problem. It's embarrassing to ask any questions. He did say we don't know how to handle the baby. Well, it's our first baby and it's only been two weeks . That's why we are asking you questions. Kind of obvious, isn't it ?We are still ok with the attitude if it doesn't affect our baby's health. For that, we first need to be cognizant of medical things. We try to read information online to get as much knowledge and try to ask only a few questions. But Mr. I know everything but won't tell you" doesn't even listen. We are stuck with a poor doctor and even poorer human. I wouldn't care getting bad doctor for myself but for my 2 weeks daughter who isn't old enough to tell about her problems

If you're looking for a no nonsense pediatrician, Dr.Ma gets the job done. He might not be the most approachable doctor in terms of questions and reassuring parents of their concerns, but the man is very efficient and knows his profession. I have never waited more than 15 minutes during an appointment. You show up on time, get the baby checked, and you're out. No fuss. Parking is ample and the location is easy to find. If youre a parent that needs to be coddled along with your child, this may not be your first choice. If you don't want to wait hours and get prompt service, Dr. No M-essing A-round Ma is your man.

Had him as my doctor when I was under 16. He was not the friendliest doctor. His attitude is not the nicest and he doesn't seem to care to explain things. Would not recommend him.

He is the worst doctor I ever had, no attitude at all. Never listen your question, and always fight back your ansewer. NO PATIENT, he shouldn’t be a doctor.Sooo disappointed!

He makes right decisions so far everytime we see him, he knows what needs to do and what doesn’t need with a situation. That means for me the most important, he have a lots experience on being pediatrician.

He is a great Doctor. He can effectively find a solution to your problem when you come in to see him in a short amount of time. We need more doctors like him.

He has been the pediatrician of all my 3 children since 2000, very nice guy. However because of the shortage of pediatricians in the area, he has been extremely busy. So may not give patients lost of time to ask lots of questions. However he knows very well of what he is doing. Never easily gives children Antibiotics like other pediatricians we occasionally saw at kids clinic. We trust him.
