I am not a big fan of Taco Bell so I can’t really give it five stars. This location has good service but the interior is definitely outdated.

The chilli cheese burritos have substantially shrunk in size… still good flavour but wildly overpriced.Tried their cravings menu today, not worth it. Two burritos without the cheese melted even. But we already left so no point going back to complain on it.I go here all of the time, it’s medium okay. Just for cravings.

We waited 30 minutes. A large group who ordered after us was served before us.All the workers looked miserable. I'm not one to judge a book by its cover but the run down depressing side to the restaurant couldn't have fit this Taco Bell/KFC experience better. None of the tables had been cleaned, leaving nowhere to eat inside, bathrooms were filthy.Do not recommend coming here and Colonel Sanders is rolling in his grave.

This is the absolute worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to. Reading the other reviews, it's clear I'm not alone.I've been to this location three or four times, as I live near it. Every time, there has been a problem. It's obvious that management and staff just don't care anymore. I can't believe Taco Bell/KFC Corporate have not shut this place down. It has to be damaging to the brand.The location looks severely run down. Paint is peeling. Signs are faded. Dirty washrooms. Disgusting garbage area in back. Clear neglect of basic maintenance.Try ordering. They never get the order right. It would be comical if it wasn't such a waste of time.If they are awful with the things you can see, it's scary to think about the things you can't see; like food handling and cleanliness in the kitchen.Needless to say... Wouldn't eat here, even if it was free.

the service we received from the gentleman at the drive thru was great. he was very polite and friendly.however our order was not what we ordered. we ordered chicken and we got beef which I can not eat. we drove 30 min to get this dinner and was pretty disappointed.

May want to take a pass on this location. It's hard staffing fast food restaurants these days, but I experienced a bit too many mistakes tonight. The two soft taco supremes I received may not have had any sour cream in them, or very little. I couldn't see of taste it. I was asked if I wanted any sauce and I replied hot sauce that the person at the window confirmed. No packet of sauce ever made it to the bag. I tried the cheesy rollup on the side. The picture implies the cheese inside is melted. Nope, it's cold. I received cold shredded cheese in a rolled cold tortilla. Mmmmm...Lastly, I ordered a side of gravy (it's a hybrid with KFC). I received the gravy for the fries, but the container wasn't even half full of gravy. There wasn't much at all.

The food was terrible. I don't mean by any high standards when you have fast food it's not going to be amazing but it was literally inedible the chicken I was served along with the biscuit had been sitting in a warmer all day instead of being made fresh every few hours. It was way too hard to eat.

I ordered 2 meals with a chili cheese fry and a fries supreme add chilli. I was billed an extra 5$ for another fries supreme that I didn't order and then after they refunded me for that they didn't even give me my chili cheese fry. Maybe the manager doing the refund should talk to the customer instead of playing broken telephone with the confused person taking the order.
