Great experience at this location, been a long time customer here and the oil spray is always clean and with a quick courtesy wash to get excess oil off your vehicle. Make sure to book your appointment as they get busy. Thanks again for the gift, special discount and free gifts with the spray my car is now protected against the elements. Will definitely be back again next year for the same service.

Christmas came early this year - my first time rust proofing my elderly four-wheeled friend and I couldn't have chosen a better place to do it. Everyone at RH is super friendly, helpful, accommodating, and informative - from the reception to all the guys and girls in the shop. Not only does my car look and feel like new - I can open my trunk now thanks to Mike the rock star! Don't know what kind of magic he performed; he just said that he likes it when things work ☺. They sure do in Krown Richmond Hill and I'll be back next year <3

We received excellent service, first of all by the receptionist Olga and Mike the manger and his 2 assistants took good care of both our cars since we have been going there for the past few years. Even my older car has absolutely no rust anywhere. They washed the car after rust proofing and gave us a can of rust proofing spray for free. I strongly recommend this location to anyone who likes to keep there car body and underneath in a good and healthy condition and to last for very long and save money on repairs, of course the car will keep the resale value higher.Thank you Krown Richmond Hill.

Obnoxious customer service from the girl picking up the phone call at desk. Judging from her attitude, I believe some reviews below. I don’t usually leave a review like this, though, it was pretty darn unpleasant and unprofessional. Well, rust proofing should be done periodically, and she just lost a good future customer. They need someone to replace her.

Had 2 of my cars done recently here, very happy, been to other locations and this is one my favourite location so far, appears well managed and their work is thorough.Their hoist starts from the ground flush so they can properly raise any cars that's very low to the ground as well.Michael is great to deal with and he cares.

I had my car applied with the rust control. Super friendly staff that went above and beyond. Although this is a chain. It felt like a locally owned mom and pop shop experience.I would highly recommend using this location.
