A great store for sales, service and advice for motorcyclists. We found Dave to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend checking them out when addressing your motorcycle needs. If looking for tires, check out an internet price (example Fortnine) and then speak to Redline. From what I gather, they will meet the price and an added benefit, you are supporting local. And don't be that person who says you can get something online for a few dollars less and ask them to match, online don't have small business storefront costs and they may have what you need right there. Again, support your local business right!

They're always helpful with suggestions and get parts at similar prices as on line, sometimes in a day or 2.

Cuatomer service like no other! My bike was low on coolant on a friday afternoon. Call Redline Cycle and took me in right away and topped it up for no charge! This is why i go to redline cycle for all of my motorcycle service and maintenance.

Good people who love bikes and take care of them. Dave was great to deal with and I will be back for sure.

Meant to getting around to this review earlier, sorry for however many more people have lost time and money because of this shop. Really surprised they still have a good review.To keep this short, they charged 1500 for diaganosis and that took them 6 months to come up with.The long part,I gave them a lot of info going in, this was just a dirt bike, I went over all electrical components, either replaced or tested/metered. Mentioned the exact issue and said please just find the problem without spending too much money. I guessed it was the carb, it wasnt that, eventually they go deeper and determine its a blown engine. At this point my bill is somehow 1500 and my engine is in pieces. They tell me 2300 on top of that to rebuild. So I say... A company that took 6 months and 1500 dollars in labour to determine a blown engine... Will not be getting a penny more from me, so i picked up my bike with the engine in a box. Oh and they uninstalled all my electrical components / accessories as well. And when i go to get it they get mad when I say I'll be going anywhere else to get real professionals to fix the bike, claiming they did all the hard work" of diagnosing it so they should have the right to fix it. Lol. Was embarrassing for them but worse for me to loose the season and some pay cheques.Stole my riding season and my money.Found a great shop that did it for the same price without wasting my time and confirmed their is no way they should have taken so much time or money to determine the issue. It was a KTM 525 exc

All the staff here were very kind and did a great job repairing my dirt bike. It wasn’t running correctly since I bought it and they found and repaired the issue quickly. They had worked on it previously so they deemed it warranty and didn’t even charge me which I felt wasn’t called for but I graciously accepted lol. They called me the day prior to say they found the issue but it would be back in about a weeks time and I was totally ok with that. They called me the next day and said they wanted me to have it back for the long weekend so they fit it in at the end of the day and had it all ready to be picked up. This was at like 5:30 so I told him I wouldn’t be able to pick it up that quickly so they offered to stick around until 7 for me. Absolutely above and beyond, I was blown away by the service I received.

As always- a stellar experience. A great consultation was had when it was time for new tires- they really listened and analyzed what my needs were to help me find the right tire. Not having to worry about pricing is nice too. You don’t have to beg/barter/bring up market comparisons and everyone just treats you right from the get go.

New front tire on the Honda Ruckus today. Big thumbs up to Dave and the crew at Redline Cycle in Kelowna BC. I went there today instead my scheduled visit tomorrow morning. No problem. The boys installed that new tire in like half hour! Good service, nice guys.
