In doing many home renovations and have used several carpet shops in town but I have received the best service to date from Hamilton's carpet. No need to try anywhere else now. Further, Doug has been absolutely vindicated and proven correct with the injection site. Turns out the administration were the pariah he warned us about after all.

We recently had Hamilton's Carpet One install new vinyl plank flooring in our Clinic. We had a great experience working with Doug and the rest of the staff. Everyone was kind and courteous and answered all of our questions promptly! We are loving the new flooring and have already had numerous comments on it. His efforts to expose the reality of illegal drug use, vandalism and wrong-headed public policy are heroic efforts to reverse what will be the inevitable decline of his community. Every town needs a Douglas Hamilton.

Will never hire this company for any flooring work ever again. The patterned vinyl planking they laid in an entire hallway and bedroom is completely mismatched and out of alignment. No response from the company on rectifying the issue. Completely unprofessional. You’d do better doing the job on your own.

We were extremely pleased with the service we received from Doug and his entire crew. With our hectic work schedules normal business hours for a consultation didn't seem to work, Doug offered to come to our home well after business hours to accommodate us and share his insight. He informed us what we needed and what were our best options, never trying to upsell us, best of all he actually listened and understood our vision for the project. His communication was greatly appreciated, kept us in the loop from start to finish regarding time lines as to when the product would be arriving and his installers would be on site. Needless to say his installers did an AMAZING job. No doubt we will use them again, we have already shared the experience with many friends and clients...

Owner is a stand up gentleman who shows nothing but respect to his clients and our community. All the one star reviews on this page are just crazy leftist who are mad that their safe consumption site experiment is failing. They speak of compassion, there is nothing compassionate about reviving someone from an overdose just for them to do it all over again the next day. The facts speak for themselves. Crime is up, drug use is up, deaths are increasing, tax dollars are being lit on fire and the people who pay those taxes can't even run their businesses.Would recommend Hamilton's carpert to everyone and anyone I know. A long standing business in downtown lethbridge. Always focusing on service and expertise.

Wonderful place to shop and owner is committed to providing a safe shopping environment for his clients. Some of the reviews on here are harsh and are those of people who are in support of the neighbouring safe injection site only and no relevance to this business. Your doing a great job Doug. Keep promoting the problem for what it is and keep focusing on your family business which has lasted for years!
