last time i visit to renew my contract there was that Asian girl and her behavior was rude. i dont know why she act rude, will i was not begging but getting a new phone

Tishka , has helped me with getting 3 phones on my freedom family tab. one was done last Christmas and the newest one today, she is amazing, very helpful and really does care about getting you the best possible deal you can get. 100% recommended all my friends and family to go see her.

The curly hair tall lady, She judge me and did not take my Canadain passport for ID.I'll stick with Rogers.

Awesome service! Sahja (might be spelled wrong) helped me out today and she was really knowledgeable— she had my phone set up within 10 minutes!

The worst customer service! The only thing this person could do is check a sim card and refer you to customer service while the other worker could care less while watching her phone. She woyldnt help us with contacting customer service. When asked how ti find out the sales lady that screwed us over she wouldnt say. I noticed a sales id number at that time she felt the need to say oh, i know who it is. Both sales girls were rude dismissive and of absolutely no use to any paying customer. Dont waste your money or time with this company or customer service"."

You lost a potential customer yesterday.My husband and I went to the Edmonton Londonderry Mall - Freedom Mobile kiosk yesterday (20th Feb 2021) at around 2pm to buy an iphone 12 pro max and we had a very nasty experience dealing with kiosk representative. The representative was so ill-mannered and rude. I asked her some specifications of iphone 12 pro max. She didn’t even know the answer and she angrily replied ‘Google It’. If she wanted me to Google it then why did freedom mobile hire her? Isn’t it her job to describe the features and deals on iPhones?Her voice, body language and overall demeanor was so rude. We felt insulted and immediately left the kiosk.She was a brown skinned woman, medium built with a hijab and also she had worn artificial eyelashes. I strongly feel that the manager should take an appropriate action against her behaviour. Otherwise this will happen to other customers in the future.Freedom mobile should check the attitude, demeanor and manners of representatives before hiring them.

Not the best experience. The guy there wasn’t even up for giving me a good deal, the opposite, was telling me all the time to go to the website. And what I mean is, what is the purpose of me coming all the way to the Londonderry mall and this guy sending me home to check the website?? Seriously? I’m so disappointed and dissatisfied. He was like, go home, read this paper, and when you’re ready to buy come and make business with us... I never said I wasn’t ready to buy

The young customer rep at Londonderry location that stares at his cellphone all the time is rude and kind of aggressive. Please train him properly to deal with customers or find a suitable replacement!

I went to the Edmonton Londonderry Mall - Freedom Mobile kiosk yesterday (19th Aug 2021) at around 6 pm to add 2nd line in my existing account but we had a very rude experience dealing with Mr. Danny (representative). He was keep using his phone and telling me you can go and visit different location or call customer service to add line which is really unacceptable and he really even don't know what is the customer service is and what is value of a loyal customer i been with freedom more than 7 years and this kind of service we are getting from freedom store is not professional.please hire a well trained and professional person for your corporate locations. There was no any other customer during my time and he was still rude and bad manner i am really very disappointed to visit Londonderry Freedom location.please don't go this above mentioned location for anything they don't know the value of their customer and keep losing them i will never ever going to visit that location in future.i don't know if any one going to take the responsibility to check this mater or if they care about their customer they should check and tell the store manager keep train them if you need to maintain goodwill of your location.
