Kool Temp Valley Refrigeration
We have used Kool Temp to have our NG furnace installed and maintained for about six years now. We recently had a hot water tank and central air conditioning system installed by Kool Temp. With every service they have performed for use, the quality of workmanship has been fantastic. There employees have always been very professional, and the customer service has always been outstanding. I highly recommend Kool Temp Valley Refrigeration.

We had an issue with our furnace/AC condensate pump and the technician came very quickly and fixed the problem. When it happened again the tech talked me through the fix so I wouldn't be charged for a service call. Very helpful staff!

We called from Renfrew to have him come out and help us with our heating and cooling. His response to a paying job was it wasn't worth the wear and tear on his truck to come fix it. So we asked if he had any recommendations on someone else, his response was to use the phone book. Worst customer service ever

Ask the company to call me if they could sale me a part; they didn't call back and just showed up with the part. They said they couldn't sell me the part on it's own (value of 15$ to 50$ if you look online for the same part). Repair man took 2 minutes, since I did all the job prior of him showing. Bill was over 200$ for 2 minutes and a 20$ part. One star for working on Sunday and one star for having the part in stock. I am very unhappy with them on this service call (this is the second time we do business with them and last time was a 5 star service and communication was great unlike today).
