This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. He was rude, impatient, and down right unprofessional. I would never use this service again

I am super disappointed that I’ve had to leave such a negative review of this florist. I ordered flowers for my mother for Mother’s Day. They were beautiful but they wilted within 3 days and my mom had to throw half the arrangement away. She called the florist and he said he would deliver a new arrangement but they were never delivered. I emailed after I found out about the situation. After not hearing back for four days, I called. The owner said he would look into it. I never heard back. I really wanted him to rectify the situation, but sadly he does not seem to care about the quality of his arrangements. I will never ever order from this florist again. I highly recommend you avoid this flower shop.

I have driven past this place multiple times and decided to drop in to browse, the gentleman asked what I was looking for, to which I replied just browsing, his response was “you know what your looking for, people always know what they are looking for” and then proceeded to tell me I didn’t get the joke… I got the joke the joke was the owner. 100 percent unprofessional, it’s a maze to exit the store. Don’t waste your time or your money.
