Jasmine and the whole team at Bellazamoda is wonderful! I'm on my 5th piercing with them and they always took such a good care of me! So professional, work place always clean! I couldn't recommend this place more! And the jewelry that they carry is perfection! Thank you again for everything!

The Jewlery I have purchased has been great. However the customer service really depends on who’s working.Tried calling multiple times to make an appointment and no one answered the phone. Spent over an hour waiting for a piercing and finally decided to leave once she finally told us there was more people coming for an appointment so we would have to wait. I understand that you have other people to accommodate but the lack of the communication was upsetting. The staff member working said maybe 4 words to us (My party had 3 separate people wanting piercings). In addition someone walked in and skipped the line of 5+ people and the staff member chose to help them. Rather than the multiple other people waiting Unfortunately we took our business else were this time.Jewelry 5/5 for sureMy experience 1/5 today.

Had a great experience for my niece to get her ears pierced here. Jasmine was extremely professional, knowledgeable and very nice! Jasmine talked my niece through every step of the process and described what was happening so she knew what to expect. Extremely clean environment!

I got my bellybutton pierced there and the lady who did it was super nice. My piercing is healing great and nothing has gone wrong. I highly recommend them for all you piercing needs!!

I got my septum piercing done here. It healed super fast and Jasmine was very kind! The piercing was done quick and she answered all my questions. They even followed up a month after to see how my piercing was doing. Great customer service!

Best service ever! I had to go without earrings for 10 years before I found Bellezza Moda, and they were the only ones to tell me it was a nickel allergy. Even my doctor didn't know! Now I have 2 piercings, and counting. Would not go anywhere else! Thank you so much!

She is very knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and compassionate towards her customers. I always make sure to tell my friends and family about this store.
