BEWARE !!! Brought a ROLEX here for a simple service. Clean and reassemble. Well they didn’t put it back together properly and now the hour hand is rubbing on the watch face causing circles to be engraved onto the face. Denied responsibility and said they didn’t do it. Do not use these guys. Hacks and won’t stand behind their work. BEWARE

My husband took in a simple 31 day clock that had stopped running. When the person at the counter went to the back and said what kind of clock it was, he refused to even come out to talk to my husband. My husband overheard him saying he doesn't work on those clocks because they aren't worth it! When my husband said it had sentimental value, he still refused to come out front!!! At the very least, he could have come out and suggested to my husband that he look on u-tube and try following the directions to clean it and maybe that would be all it needed. Nope, he couldn't be bothered! My husband brought it home and I went on u-tube, found directions for cleaning the mechanism which was easily removed as one piece, soaked it in solvent, and returned it to the case. I followed all of the directions for resetting the time and chimes and VOILA! It works like a charm! This is lousy customer service and I will head for Amish country next time!!!

Fantastic Job on refurbishing my old (Great) Grandfather Clock, which has not run for over 40+ years. Now, runs like it just came out of the box. Very fair prices, good turn around time, clearly well trained. Only trouble is that I've been trying to call them recently and it appears their current number is now used for a fax machine or something, I get a dial-up tone each time :/

While they weren't able to help me with my clock, they were able to help me get in contact with the original maker. Customer service like that is why I'll be back with my other watch and clock needs, thank you!

Did a full service on my Hamilton automatic watch and did a great job. Would use them again.
