very rude over the phone, did not want to help me at all, and after quickly hanging up on me she would continue not to answer the phone as i needed to call back to receive the last 4 digits of the service i was trying to be directed to.

Leaving a 5-star review just to offset the overwhelmingly negative reports here. I had a good experience without any issues and the lady at the counter was friendly and helpful. The U-haul is in a relatively tight underground parking space, but that’s not a big deal as long as you are careful.

One star is too much. Customer service is horrible and reservation changed three times in three days , evenafter they called and confirmed . No parking personal vehicle while using their rental.This company is horrible to dealWith, and it’s not my first time being duked by these scam artists . There has to be a better option!

UHUAL costumer service admin,The lady in the shop in 951 Hornby Street is SO RUDE! She is not patient to answer your questions. Even though she keep asking you to leave her shop! She is not eligible to talk to costumers. PLEASE CHANGE YOUR LOCATION.

Prices are extremely high for UHaul products. Paid $12 for a roll of tape that costs $4.25 in other UHaul stores and on the website. We checked the website later and realized we got scammed.
