Neelamben makes beautiful cakes. She puts her hard work and passion in it. I recommend this place to buy ice cream and cakes. She makes our occasion special every time.

The worst milk shake that you can get. It is made with ice and half scoop ice cream.Don't waste your money there.

$52 for icing! I bought a cake and got the same ratio of icing to ice cream. This is a new owner and they are cheating on the ice cream portion. Great job on losing another customer! There are a plethora of reviews based on lack of portion at this location. You guys should definitely be assessed. Good luck. Never ever again!

Amazing place for having multifarious blends and flavors of ice cream! The employees there are simply awesome and are extremely accommodating and go that extra mile to make your experience a memorable one, especially in this location, I am more than sure that the other locations scale up to similar great service. The choices of flavors and ice-cream are in abundance and you can concoct them anyway you like and enjoy! I would highly recommend going in for lovely dessert at fairly decent prices. Please go check them out!

First time ordering a birthday cake from Baskin Robbins - Queen Street location in Brampton. Every detail was done perfectly. The staff was amazing. She helped me pick the perfect flavour for 50th birthday celebration - Gold Medal Ribbon Ice Cream cake with a perfect thin layer of chocolate cake at the bottom. Great job. Thank you so much.

Usually a great spot today was just not it. Order one reg. Scoop and the portion seemed off. I even asked the staff working and she did not care - it's not a big deal and the cone was great but just the customer service was terrible

Good ice cream but a bit overpriced. The Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Polar Pizza was extremely tasty, but it’s around the price of a small ice cream cake only way thinner. But they do put a lot of cookie dough chunks on it so it’s a nice one-time treat.

I’ve come here a bunch of times and had good experiences, but this one time I went with my mom and cousins and the employees in charge of letting people in (this was during the time with limitations of people but no limits for people from the same household) wouldn’t let us in because because they would not believe that we were coming from the same house hold (probably because i am mixed). They even told us all to tell one person what we want and for them to go in (why would you expect that at an ice cream place). When we finally convinced them to let us in, all but one of them were rudely rushing us to order. The rest of my experiences were good, but i deduced two stars for this.
