Scrub Depot

Although male scrubs do exist is is hard to find a decent selection of styles and perish the thought of getting cool patterns and designs. Scrub Depot has the best selection I have found so far so would 10/10 recommend. Also the staff there are fantastic 20/10 would recommend. Only lost a star because of the pattern area, they have different colours for men however patterns aren't there. Still better then anywhere else I have been though so I'll be going back for sure.

I was in last Saturday and was helped by the lovely young lady working there. She was very nice and extremely helpful. I am very pleased.

Excellent selection, reasonable pricing, quality scrubs! Very happy with their help in store and with the choices I made. Durable material and so soft for every day wear. I have been several times and haven't been disappointed so far! Service was attentive and courteous. Recommend!

I have nothing but good words for this company. I purchased the wrong lab coat and they processed an exchange without hesitation. They even transferred the merchandise from Surrey to Vancouver free of charge. Staff were helpful and welcoming. They make sure their customers are satisfied and well taken care of. 10/10 customer service. I highly recommend to everyone!

Went to scrub depot looking for lighter weight scrubs. It’s getting hot! Was helped by a fantastic young sales associate. She suggested the White Cross Fit. I highly recommend them they are a nice fabric and super light!

Went there to look for a new pair of scrubs, one of the ladies that work there wouldn’t even acknowledge us, and when asked for recommendations for sizing, etc, my mother was told “it’s up to personal preference”.Few minutes later, my mom asked for a size up, and she looked my mom up & down and said “for you?” With a snarky attitude. Plain rude. But when a very slim woman came in, she was very accommodating and helpful. Even showing her the sales rack outside, picking out multiple sets. They did not tell us about the sale, or even give us the time of day. I spent $95 on ONE pair of scrubs when i could’ve bought more pairs, and spend over $100 to support the business.I understand you’re a small business, but your one staff member made us feel incredibly unwelcomed. Also please consider carrying sizes above XL… or at least have them on the floor.

Honestly, I normally dont leave reviews but I had no clue what I was looking for since I just started working in health care. I'm so thankful for Lisa (the lady working there)!! She was so accommodating and helped me with every little issue I had. I felt bad that I was taking up so much of her time but she was so nice!! I ended up finding a lot of things that fit me where normally I struggle to find pants that I don't have to get alterations on.

I visited this store due to the reviews. And I’m happy I did! Really great customer service!! As I was browsing, the male staff helped by showing me the pants that was already cut to my desired length. It was a very convenient and fast transaction! He even chatted with me, found out that I’m a student and offered me a discount! I didn’t even know there was a discount at first! Thank you so much!! In case I need more scrubs, I will surely order online and pick it up from your store. Good quality scrubs. Good price range. Friendly staff. Overall, a great store!
