What a wonderful experience! We called & then stopped in to have both the battery & band replaced on our son's watch. It was quick (had everything needed in stock), well done, & also has a replacement warranty now (no extra charge). Not many people stand behind their work these days, but this gentleman does!

Pricey and unwilling to do the research to figure the watch out. Owner/operator was friendly and talkative, but insisted he understood the calendar settings (Seiko Perpetual Calendar). After having for two days, he changed the battery, claimed the watch would sync" with a timeserver

I have a Eco Drive Citizen watch that needed repair, glass was in bad shape. Contacted Citizen and sent them picture. The never responded to my email. Then I found Charlie and went there, he told me no problem and we will fix it. They did a nice work and fixed my watch that looks like almost brand new. They are very friendly and their prices are less than other places that I went. It is a very nice store with all different kind of merchandise that is amazing. If you like taste of Middle East that is the place to go. I noticed that they fix jewelry and sometimes they do it right away. My wife saw the store picture and is asking me to take her there to do some shopping. Good luck

Came in for a watch battery replacement on a limited edition, one of a kind watch. Their service was quick, friendly, and the price was right. They have some beautiful pieces on display, and I'll definitely be back to check them out when I have more time.

Wonderful staff! I’ve come in 2 times so far to get the links for my watches resized. Service was fast and friendly. On the 2nd visit with my 4 year old son they asked him what his favorite color was (blue), the gentleman came back with a blue watch and gifted it to my son. My son was all smiles and loves the watch. What a memorable experience that my little guy will never forget.

Fast exceptional watch repair. Uses Swiss products and repairs watch in front of you so you know what and how is being done. No need to wait and paying for other servicing companies to ship your watch out for repair.

One of my friends came in with four separate watches which needed battery replacement. Not only did they charge $110 total, their work was slapshod and they managed to scratch each and every one of those watches.Update: Changing this review to 5 stars: Charlie was incredibly kind and accommodating when my friend returned with these problems. He fixed the issues and was more than patient. Great customer service, and I really appreciated his kindness and the time taken to remedy the situation. You can tell they really care about the quality of work they produce, and I would recommend them to anyone else.

Took my 15 year omega watch in for service. His price was below what Omega wanted for this service. He told me it would take a month, and it did. The watch looked like new and he offered a 4 year warranty. This shop is like stepping back to an old mom & pop small business store where integrity, honesty, and pride in their workmanship are their bread and butter. Especially enjoyed listening to his stories and his wealth of knowledge. Very unique, enjoyable, and nostalgic experience.

Had my Tag serviced. Same day service. Owner is friendly and helpful and explained everything that was done. Much cheaper than sending back to Tag for service and I’m happy to have a working watch again!

Price was a little expensive. $110 for a Eco-drive battery I bought on Amazon for $31. He told me it was $85 their price. Overall good experience though, he wasn’t upset that I was going to go elsewhere, polite and informative. I probably could have haggled. good businessman.
