Absolutely amazing service. I went for my projector issue 6 years and Roman was amazing then. Went back and few days ago again with some other problem with my projector. Roman gave great advice and service and repaired it within our budget. Absolutely honest and professional! Roman is also very kind and nice to deal with and highly highly recommend them!

Roman's service was excellent; he was able to quickly repair two older LCD monitors of mine that were no longer powering on. The price was reasonable, and much better than having to purchase replacements.

Roman was outstanding to deal with, and very reasonably priced . I brought him a Sony projector that had a bad control board, and he fixed it, and also told me how to care for it to keep the longevity of the projector. Roman was great to work with. He is honest and straight to the point. I brought in my home theater projector that had dust in the lens. He was able to clean it in one day. When I picked it, he also provided some advice on maintaining my projector to make it last longer.

AMAZING! I spoke directly with Roman and he fix my private office printer (only used by me). It only took him 1 day! I really did not want to buy a new printer, because I knew that it will definitely take time to get to learn on how to use it.Roman really knows how to treat his customers and has great pricing. Simply a professional doing an honest man's business. I needed my Brother printer repaired after trying and failing to DIY. They were quick to respond and were able to provide me with a very reasonable and timely quotation. Provided me with different options and let me make an informed choice as to how I wanted to proceed. In the end, everything got fixed within 24 hours and I was provided with clear advice as to how to minimize the risk of future problems. Would highly recommend to family and friends.

I found Rosebud Technologies off of Google reviews and wanted to post this to say that all the positive reviews are in fact all 100% accurate. Roman is truly just here to help you, no nonsense and yet he is very detailed and personable. I came to him to help fix my Brother office printer as it wasn't printing properly and he got it done the next day only because he needed to wait for the parts to ship in. He quoted me a very reasonable price. Afterwards he took the time to go over in detail things to look out for to prevent any issues down the line that were separate from the initial issues I had with the printer itself.
