Bought a used vehicle from them. They gave me a fairly good price but the sales guy was very pushy I almost left because of his sales tactics. Every time I took my vehicle to them for oil changes or maintenance they tried to nickle and dime. I'd get a call saying oh this needs to be fixed and that needs to be changed" yadda yadda yadda. And instead of a $200 bill it would be $800 - $1000. After that happening a couple of times I'd have a family member (who's a mechanic) look at my car and tell me what needed to be done. When I'd go back to Vickar to have the oil change or maintenance and I'd get the dreaded call I was able to tell them no it doesn't need those "extra things" that drove my bill up. I'll never buy a vehicle or take my vehicle there for repair ever again."

Just bought my first car, and I was so pleased to have dealt with Dawson and Malik. They have guided me through everything and made all the options amazing for me! With the help of Sheri as well, I was more than happy to drive of in my first new car at the end of the day! Truly an amazing experience. Thank you Dawson, Malik and Sheri!

I ordered a 2019 Silverado a beautiful truck and they were very kind and polite an obliging the showroom was very nice the waiting room was very comfortable free Gourmet Coffee whether you wanted latte French vanilla or just a regular grind

Made an appointment over to the phone to get leak looked at. Was told that the proper technicians would be in. Showed up technicians weren't there. Also a bunch of 5 star reviews with nothing written is questionable.

I sent my friend to DP AUTO works for VICKAR cause his looking for a best vehicle for himself and her wife and they got a lovely 2019 eclipse cross SUV *Congrats again* and my friend said that he referral me then of course I expected to get referral from DP AUTO and then DP AUTO said I'm not counted has a REFERRAL. NOT LEGIT dealership. (Disappointed/not recommended)

I had an awesome buying experience there. Everyone who I dealt with were very friendly and easy to work with. If you are planning on buying a new car, truck or SUV, check them out.

The Parts Department is TERRIBLE! I had to see the parts department for some transfer case fluid. The sales guy could not have been less interested in helping me. He seemed quite upset I made him look up from his phone. He had no desire to look up what fluid I needed, told me he had no way to check how much I needed (a quick Google search informed me, but I was hoping for confirmation) and was generally apathetic. I truly hope I never need to go back there for any other parts, and will likely avoid thier sales department as well due to this experience.

Amazing service, great people to deal with, absolutely no pressure sales. Found my new dealership, Cory (Sales) & Lori (Finance) were such a pleasure to meet and deal with.

The location is difficult to access. Very small parking to gain access to the service area.Once inside the staff are friendly. They have team members that open the hood of the car/truck and wash the engine. And others that put the protective seat and floor covering in the vehicle. And when space available even move your car with in the bldg to make more space for more in coming vehicles.They offer shuttle service to after dropping off the vehicle. And will even pick you up when your vehicle is ready.I was offered a free rental vehicle because my vehicle was not ready before the end of the day.

Went to Express service and for an oil change and summer tires swap. Driving to work the next day strange noise coming from under my car. My under body skid plates were hanging off and hitting ground. Called and left a couple of messages. Nobody called me back so I took it to my mechanic and they found 4 screws snapped off and 4 missing. Instead there were a bunch of broken zip ties. To be fair I can't completely confirm it was Vickat Chev as nobody has called me back yet. Just be sure to inspect your vehicle after servicing.
