I cannot recommend Dual Cleaning/ Kirei Cleaning enough! I have used their services for two move out cleans and more recently two apartment cleans. The admin team is professional, responsive, and flexible with scheduling and payment. The staff are friendly, will accommodate requests, and make my apartments look sparkling. Truly one of the better cleaning services I have used in Vancouver!

We needed a deep clean at short notice to accommodate someone returning from the hospital. Paulo at Dual was extremely professional and helpful in meeting our needs. His team he sent out did a fantastic job and came early to make sure the place would be ready for when we needed it.They helped ease a stressful time with their empathy and understanding.Their work is thorough and they worked very efficiently. I would certainly recommend them!

I had an amazing experience with dual cleaners they are very efficient professional and they are incredibly good at organizing things I feel like I have a life again, I would spend the whole day trying to clean the kitchen, and now I can just relax.Im sticking with them for life.Oh and I forgot to mention they are super friendly.

I’ve hired Dual to clean our apartment on about six occasions over the past few months. At first, they did a marvellous job and were very attentive to details. Over each subsequent cleaning, their attention has declined. When I hired them last week for a deep clean, they left washrooms untidy, shower glass uncleaned, and toilets half-done. They did not vacuum well in corners and they left dust on furniture. There is seemingly no way to contact them after a job, so I am left to write my comments in this public forum. Unfortunately, I won’t hire them again.

I'm very pleased with the services that Kirei Cleaning provided today. Not only was my house spotless, but they were also very professional. They informed me that while they were cleaning the glass shelf from the fridge, it shattered. I talked to Paulo about how this would be handled and he offered to replace it. He took the frame and within 3 hours he had the broken glass replaced. I have seldom encountered people as responsible as Paulo and his team. I was amazed by how quickly this was resolved. For a stress free cleaning experience, I highly recommend Paulo and his company. They are highly capable and exceptionally accountable.

From the outset I had a good feeling about this company--Paulo was responsive and provided a quote for services (bi-monthly) to our office space. Once the cleaners arrived, I knew we were in good hands. I wanted our office space to have a good deep clean" - a real "behind and beneath" - and that's just what Adriana and Elizabeth did for us.
