Extremely rude staff. I made an appointment online with the pharmacist for a minor illness as per the Jan 01 2023 new guidelines. - because it wasn’t my usual pharmacy he didn’t want to deal with me, and said it would take too long to enter me into their system and they were very busy today. said he can’t prescribe for minor illnesses and he’s only able to recommend over the counter meds anyway. I went to shoppers on Silvercreek spoke with the pharmacist there, did a quick 5-10 min consultation and was prescribed the minor illness meds. Never again will I go to Zehrs Paisley Road pharmacy.

The incompetence, the lack of training, the mistakes,the lack of adequate meds, has finally after almost 40 years got to me,and I have discontinued my connection to this business immediately.I've been ignored,iv been give someone else's prescription, iv stood in line for 20 minutes during covid to find that those ahead of me where there for covid shots,and non of the staff took the time to see if anyone was there to pick up my meds. The last straw was March 28th. I went in for a prescription refill that comes in a 3/4×3/4 inch box on a shelf and was told I'd have to come back the next day for it as they couldn't fill it while I waited. One week later I returned for my single small refill prescription, to find they didn't have any.

Pharmacist was absolutely ignorant. I checked the website and it said walk ins accepted for the covid shot and so I take off from work to go and the say by appointment only and when I said their website says otherwise is when the attitude started. Dont waste anyone's time Zehrs, update your website and stop being lazy. If 0 stars were an option I would rather leave 0.

I have NEVER encountered such incompetence as I have at this pharmacy. Every single time I have had my doctor fax a prescription to them:- First everyone behind the counter ignores you for about 5-10 minutes.- They will tell you that they will need a day to prepare it and give you a date Nd time to come get it- When you come back, it won't be ready.- They will then tell you they need more time and continue to ignore preparing it- Then scramble after you have been waiting 15 minutes longer than you should to get it done in 2 minutesI will not be using this sad excuse they call a pharmacy every again!

Pharmacy did not attempt to notify me that my covid shot appointment was cancelled. I was only told at the desk at the time of my appointment.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever done business with. Twice I've had prescriptions sent in and a day later it's not ready and won't be for another day and a half. I show up after the time they tell me and it's STILL not ready, both times. I asked the lady at Costco if they could fill a prescription in a day and she looked at me like I had 3 heads. Of course

This used to be an incredible pharmacy but under the new owners this franchise has become a nightmare to deal with. If you call 5-7 days in advance for a refill, it’s still not enough notice. Even if you call to remind. If you’re told your meds will be ready a certain time & day, don’t even expect them to be ready then. They need another day or two. And that’s if they remember! Or fax your doctor on time if there’sNo refill. Horrible horrible service. On the ground it seems like the staff has become incompetent but in reality it’s obvious that since this franchise was bought out and likely restructured, the quality of service and care was decimated. The staff frustrates me but they can’t do their job if not given the proper support and time.

The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful! It is a busy pharmacy but the staff will openly communicate with you to ensure your prescriptions are ready as fast as possible. I appreciate their service especially during COVID.

This pharmacy has always been great.They have been helpful and kind in stressful situations and make sure our daughter gets her anti seizure medication filled without issues.They phone me if there are any issues or questions.This is why I have used them for over 20 years.

I've never been to a pharmacy before this one where it takes multiple days to fill a prescription. Every other pharmacy I've been to has been able to fill prescriptions while I shop and have it ready 30 minutes later.Will be switching back to Rexall.
