The receptionist is empathetic and very helpful. The technician came without an appointment to make sure I have hot water for the night. Then they came back the next day, to repair the water heater. They were caring, friendly, and efficient. I would definitely recommend them.

The receptionist was very rude and this company is attempting to overcharge their clients by going against their own agreement. They will hope to get away with it, but I'm letting you know it's your given right to contest the transaction that they will try to push on your credit card. Keep an eye on your credit card charges. The worker insisted that I help him to carry his heavy equipment and he didn't clean after himself. He came alone the worker and late.You've been warned and record your phone calls while speaking to this company for your protection. Best of luck.

Your employees are fantastic! Beginning when I called the office all the way through completing my repairs (within 24 hours!). The plumbers showed up on time, were polite, courteous, knowledgeable, professional and made all the repairs I needed very quickly! Wow, just wow! You really lived up to your name, Best plumbers. Pars Plumbing is the best! We’ve called on the Pars team several times. The first was for a scope inspection after we put an offer in on a house. Unfortunately, we found a big problem that would be costly to fix. They also confirmed some other suspicions we had about the property, which helped us make the decision to walk away, saving us lots of grief and money.
