WinRep Windshield Repair

We had a chip repaired by winrep, and a gentleman who was very elderly came to do the work he was shaking, and could barely hold his tools properly. He started the repair and asked to heat up the windshield from the inside, and proceeded to use a bic lighter, which lit my headliner for my brand new vehicle on fire. Severely damaging the interior, there were no apologies, the man told me they weren’t responsible for it, and I’d be paying out of pocket to have things fixed, continued to shift blame and be completely gaslighting and rude stating it was not his problem. I asked to speak to his boss, and he left and started calling someone and cursing. Was incredibly rude, non apologetic and then I speak to a manager who stated it was his elderly father doing the repairs today, and than I receive an apology. I had to take my car to the dealership, and winrep did pay, but I wouldn’t use this service again, ever. Cost me hours of my time, and not worth the price, period.

I went there on Sunday but it was my biggest mistake. I told him that other places charge $25 to $35 but he charge me $50. He is over price and he doesn't know what he is doing. SO DON'T USE HIS SERVICES!! OTHERWISE YOU GONNA MAKE A MISTAKE AS I MADE ONE.

Very quick and professional. In town for a wedding and he got me in right away and fixed the chip in my windshield.
